Their drinks are fine but their staffs are horrible. They change staff frequently but all of them are useless. Take them half an hour to make a drink and made it wrong. Super slow

I ordered a mango pomelo taro ball drink online at 4:49 and came to pick it up at 5:15- they said it wasn’t done yet and told us to come back in 10 min. We waited in line until 5:40 when they told us they had no taro balls left. They said they could swap to tapioca (priced differently) so we asked for a refund and they said they could start boiling the taro balls. We received the drink at 5:52. No apology or refund was given.

When you see too many sections of different "tea/bubble tea shops" there and make you confused about which one is the right fit for you, finally we found one, we had a great experience at M Cha Bar, amazing service, great taste and with reasonable pricing. Strongly recommended!

I visited this place a few times. And they are never consistent with the way they make the drinks.the first time I ordered the strawberry cheese cake crème brûlée it was so perfect with a thick layer of crème brûlée , and a generous amount of cheese cake ice cream at the bottom. Unfortunately the next two times I ordered it, there was barely a layer of crème brûlée or ice cream it was mostly the strawberry. Therefore it didn’t taste the same. I am so disappointed.:(

I ordered a taro milk tea with my father, I added 2 scoops of pearls to my order, they didnt even print out the order number. I noticed the cashier was putting some old stuff from the fridge to my drink, and when i tried it, it was horrible. I asked for taro mulk tea, not regular milk tea with mushy stuff inside.Never coming back to this place.

Great place for unique drinks! Their Taro drinks and Mango drinks are my go to, refreshing and fresh. The only downside is that orders do take a while to get made, so don't come here if you're in a rush!

Ordered the November Special: Jasmine Green Tea w/ Foam. Service was quick and decent. Tea was your typical bubble tea; nothing stood out particularly about the drink. Atmosphere was cute though.

First of all they don't accept cash and the way they say it makes you feel like a boomer for still using cash in 2023. Second of all the girl there looks overwhelmed while working and vents her frustration onto the customers. I just came into the store to order and didn't know that it was busy and she yelled at me saying "Can you come back later? We are so busy right now do you not see that?". Like how is this acceptable behaviour in any way. This is not how customers should be treated. Maybe the store should hire more workers or at least have 2 people working every shift.
