Yucks !The sheer plummet in quality is appalling. My recent encounter with the Handmade Brown Sugar Latte exposes an outright degradation, it seems they have started using low quality products.I could tell that they have switched to skimmed milk instead of whole milk.This is utterly unacceptable and reflects a disappointing lapse in standards.

Boba selection is interesting although a tad more expensive than other chains. Seemed under staffed as drinks took a long time from order to serving and some orders were not correctly fulfilled (my friend bought a daily special + a specialty drink and got 2 specials)

Love love love how this spot looks inside (outside looks bland af but inside is super artsy) and the drinks have that great tapioca chewiness that true boba fanatics can't get enough. Sometimes the tea does get a bit watery but overall not a big issue.

Saw the daily special for Friday was a milk tea with gold pearl. The store responded the pearl was out of stock. Cannot do a price adjustment nor substitute with other toppings. Find this very disappointing for no adjustment to make. Will be happy to see if the store owner giving better training to these people.

Rating: 3.5/5It’s a weird store. Weird in the sense that there seems to be a lot of wasted space. There 3 seats near the entrance and a small bench along the wall on the way to the exit. They only serve drinks so how big of a kitchen/prep area do you need?Drinks are okay I guess. Some of the drinks have fixed ice and sugar.My fresh strawberry latte panna cotta wasn’t too sweet (which was nice) but also wasn’t all that strawberry-y. But at almost $10, i don’t know if I’d get it again.Wife says her brown sugar latte is a 3/5.Kid-friendliness: They have caffeine-free options.
