We went there for the first time after seen so many good reviews. The place was full at it was Mother’s Day and I didn’t had reservations to be honest. They were kind enough to accommodate my party of 6 people and were so kind during the entire experience. The food is amazing! Tasty, fresh, the entrees were spectacular!!! Shame I didn’t even had time to take a picture, we devoured so fast as it was delicious! Humus was really good, their pita also. Potato’s were fresh and tender, didn’t had that normal taste of precooked. The owners are amazing people. It was a bit smoky inside, but nothing to ruin our experience. The kids loved the food too, so extra points for that! Restaurant is well decorated, and beautiful. Thank you for the amazing overall experience!
Editing: we went back June 1st. Food still spetacular! But able to get pics of the entrees this time!! Vegetarian maze worths every penny! The flambeed cheese is so tasty! Adding more Photos 😀

When I called they were able to walk me through what I should order based on the groups preferences, which was no easy task. We needed the food no later than a half hour after they opened the restaurant for a meeting and they were able to accommodate to meet our request.
We picked up the order the next day —everything was fresh and on time. The food received high reviews from everyone and the portion sizes for what we paid were very generous.
Overall the flexibility, service, and food quality was top notch. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone needing catering or a place to grab a nice meal!

We have been here many times and this restaurant is always a great experience. Good menu. Fresh and crispy salad. Anything off the grill is delicious. Service with a smile. Go for a stroll on Main Street Markham, ON and enjoy a lunch or dinner here!!

I have to say I really love their food, but was unfortunately really disappointed the last time I was in. I am not a picky person at all and feel it is wrong to complain on one incident, although this was a persistent issue, not just a one moment issue. I chose to drive over an hour just to come here on my birthday (that’s how much I love the food!). When we arrived and were seated, my cup had something on it. Not a big deal at all, got it switched up. Then, we wanted pork. They were out of pork, had to get chicken. Not perfect, but things happen. That’s okay too! Then, it came time to pay. We were more than happy to tip (because to me, that’s what you do when you sit down anywhere). The waitress handed me the bill and said “just so you know the tip is not included.” “Okay, thank you,” I said in reply. She comes closer as I am on the machine and says again, “you know there is no tip included, right?” “Yes, I understand.” I am not joking, she repeated this 2 more times as she is staring over my shoulder watching me input all of my information on the debit machine. This is exactly how you do not receive a tip. Needless to say, I won’t be back for my birthday dinner again. It honestly broke my heart. Regardless of the other issues that evening, I still was going to tip her. I work in the food industry too! I know how much that helps, but I have never in my life pressured anyone into tipping. Little did she know this was my big birthday dinner that I had been waiting months for. Please, think about how that makes others feel before pressuring a tip, and understand the consequences in doing so. If you put in effort, treat your customers with love and respect, and thoroughly enjoy your job, tips will come. You really just have to smile ❤️ More smiles would be a benefit to your location. Main Street Greek Restaurant made us feel like we were right back in Greece! From the warm hospitality to the authentic flavors, everything was spot on. The moussaka was absolutely delicious—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The saganaki came out sizzling and golden, perfectly gooey and irresistible. Every bite brought back memories of our time in Greece. The atmosphere was cozy and vibrant. This place is a must-visit for anyone craving real Greek food and a genuine Mediterranean experience.

Had the Mousaka and it was soo good! They give huge portions, Ill definitely come back

Out of all the places in the Toronto area (including on the Danforth and downtown), Main St Greek is one of my absolute favourites. I mostly end up ordering takeout and it always tastes just as fresh and delicious as if I was dining in.
If you're going there for the first time, you must try their Greek fries and lemon chicken soup!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with some friends. The service here was very attentive and kind and the portions were so generous! I’ve never seen chicken gyro, usually it’s made with beef or pork. It was so delicious, I can’t wait to be back.
