My friend and I had a nice lunch at Markham Sushi. I tried the Fire roll which was ok. I had not tried this deep fried roll before and not sure I would have it again. The sashimi was very good as was the salmon sushi. I am usually very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. One of our favourite local sushi restaurants.

The shopping plaza that this restaurant is located has a strange layout and a lot of vacant store fronts. This restaurant is located deep within the internals of the plaza so not easy to see from the street. The service was really quick and the food was excellent but the place is small and seating is really cozy.

Our favourite Sushi restaurant. We always go to Markham Sushi. We like the bento boxes. Food is hot and delicious, service is great. Nice atmosphere with booths for bit of privacy during dinner.
Amazing sushi! Honestly one of the best ones I’ve had! Got the Vegas roll and omg! We ordered to go but suddenly decided to eat here… atmosphere is great but just a tad cold!! The reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere but overall great and a 5 star!

Food is decent but one of the younger chefs stares at me angrily with disgust every-time I have picked up an order. I am polite and just show up pay take my order and leave, and have given him no reason to constantly stare me down. Feeling extremely uncomfortable I smiled and said hello multiple times and he ignored me while continuing to stare with a very angry expression, even stopping his cooking. I will give him benefit of the doubt that he may have mistook me for someone he knows but out of fear for my safety I will stop getting food from this sushi shop.

Went for a family dinner. Wonderful spread and fresh sushi. Also got the salmon teriyaki, salmon was cooked perfectly, not over done like other places.
