ChaChaanTang is my go to, this spot never fails to satisfy my cravingsšThis Signature Pork Chop Rice with Cheese is hands down one of the BEST, itās got tender Pork Chops with Tomato Sauce topped with Cheese then baked to perfection, served on a bed of Egg Fried Rice, the BOMB! Hai Nam Chicken is very good too, delicious Chicken paired with Chicken Oil Rice and Scallion Oil, who would say no to this?
Staff has very bad attitude.

Quick service but washrooms not clean
Iāve been to Matsuya, and while the food itself was fine, I had a frustrating experience at the end of my meal. The server told me a āservice chargeā was required, but when I checked my receipt there was no such charge listed. In Ontario, any service charge must be clearly disclosed on the bill, not just mentioned verbally. Tipping is voluntary unless itās properly added to the receipt.
I donāt mind tipping for good service, but trying to pressure customers into paying something that isnāt written down feels misleading. I hope management addresses this so future guests donāt feel uncomfortable at the end of their meal.

Surprisingly great lunch experience!
Portions were generous, service was great, food came fast and delicious.
Combo soup came in a mug.
Lots of menu options to choose from.

I had a frustrating experience at Matsuya due to the terrible service. Our server seemed disinterested and rushed throughout our visit. The lack of attention and care really ruined the meal for me, and I will definitely NOT be returning.

Unsatisfactory dining experience. As we tried to enjoy our meal, the server kept hovering over us, urging us to finish quickly, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. To make matters worse, they didnāt mention a surcharge for takeout boxes, which we only noticed when the check arrived. The food was decent, but the service was frustrating. We wonāt be coming back.

Disappointing customer service. When we were ordering our food, the waitress was rushing us and telling us to hurry up. There was no reason to do so as it was not close to their closing time. Also, they did not tell us about the extra charge for takeout containers. We realized this when we got our bill. Overall, food was fair but customer service was HORRIBLE. Will not be returning.

The food and price are good. Complimentary soup come in a cup, nice. Milk tea is good but the free tea comes in a plastic cup and taste soapy. Still a nice HK cafe, will be back to try other dishes. šš©š»

Had hainan chicken with rice, a lot of chicken. The only strange thing was they served soup with a mug. The places was busy and service was quick
Food was good. the sandwish was with thick egg. Price was $1 more than other resturants' similiar combo

I went there in the middle afternoon. Seats were available. Food was good but maybe slightly expensive than my expectation. Service was good. When not crowded, good for conversation with friends. Ample parking.

Went for lunch today
Ordered Hoinam chicken Rice and Bitter melon Beef with rice. The vegetable soup was delicious š one of the best in same type of restaurant. The chicken tastes good but itās more like regular ginger onion chicken than Hoi Nam chicken. The beef and bitter melon is average. The HK style milk tea is very mild and watery . Overall for $14.99 itās not a bad deal.

We got hainanese chicken for takeout and we were given spoiled chicken. The chicken smelled sour and spoiled. Why would you sell and give chicken that is spoiled to customers to eat. Awful ethics.
