December 9, 2024. Didn't eat anything all day. Went to order a set meal. Just eat a poutine. I kept having diarrhea when I got home. They're all so exhausted.

Repeated my order 3 times because the cashier was too busy placing her own lunch order in, and she got it wrong. After paying and letting her know, she said it was because she wasn't done, even though I had paid already. When I was given the food, they forgot not only the happy meal sauces, they completely forgot to give us the happy meal entirely.

5 stars because shaffin is amazing! We thought they over charged us for code because we ordered 1 but they brought out 2. She offered a refund but we said it’s okay. Unexpectedly she came out with the receipt to reassure us that we haven’t been over charged. She deserves a raise! Thank you for going above and beyond!

They unfortunately had no salsa packets. We asked the manager and were told that all the salsa packets got recalled!! Uhoh— not good news. Unfortunately this put a huge damper on my experience… 3 thumbs down. Who eats egg McMuffins without mayo and salsa?? Criminals, that’s who…!!!
This location use to be good. To bad BLT bagel was not fresh, hash brown is oily and they skimp on the BLT thin slice on tomatoes, compare to Tim Horton. The only thing I like is their coffee. There is no more good morning smiles like those good old days. Sad. Hope my next visit will improved with better quality with a smiles

So stupid!!!! We order hotcake and they forgot to put the syrup and butter Last week we order burger and they didnt even put ketchup or mayonaise! This is the worst mcdonald branch i've ever encounter the management should be alarmed that this branch is getting alot of bad reviews why? Is it because the staff are not doing their job properly!

I waited for more than ten minutes for the two set meals! There weren’t many people in the store either! I wanted to ask the manager, but the manager ignored me at all ，I called three times until I got angry! Finally, other staff helped to deal with it!
