Cmon....this is the third time that I am missing items from my order, and it's really hard for me to drive back and try to get it, i know it's a busy location but PLEASE do better.....some customers won't have the time to check their take out order due to tight schedules and if ur missing items often, ur basically frauding people...

Rudest customer service ever, avoid the old Indian lady. Simply ask her one question, and she kept yelling and pointing at no where. Really disappointed

Staff work really slow despite a long line up of customers waiting.

I would like to appreciate excellent customer service by zain or zaid. I am not quite sure if I am taking the name ryt. But that guy is 10/10 in providing a customer with his best. He was taking my order at the front of the house and man that guy is humble and respectful. The way he communicated with me was so respectful and decent , it made my day. That guy deserves appreciation from your management for keeping such calm and respect is such a rush. Thankyou zaid you are doing a wonderful job!!!

Takes forever to order if in line for in person cashier. Severely short staffed long wait times and many workers just walking around and chit chatting

the manager just informed me that there's no more McPick sandwich

No I haven't drank from this yet. This is what you get if you order your iced coffee with no ice. I even asked, they confirmed, with a condescending face and tone. It's 7:40pm, garbage everywhere, on the floor and tables. Nope, won't be coming back anytime soon.

We redeemed 3 Fries with 3 Coupons and the employee gave us 2 Fries INSTEAD and we also redeemed 2 Drinks but she didn’t even give us the cup and said that she already gave me it i showed her proof we didn’t get it then she went to get us the cup and gave me a Side eyes, Giving us lesser AMOUNT than what we ordered and tried to NOT Give us Cup for drink even though we spent money on the coupons? just wow.
