Won’t go back again , the whole place looks mess and not clean. And they don’t wear gloves when make burgers
Waited 2hrs for my food, asked twice, on the third time they said the order was taken away long ago and refused to refund or remake my food????

Update: eating for the order is still very long I waited over 10 minutes only to find out someone took the order already so they had to make it again…

They messe up my order and took super long and under staffed
These guys need to be fired for their customer service and for the amount of time it takes to make an order. I literally waited more than 20 minutes for a large fry that I ordered and was stolen and they didn't even do anything about it. After the first 10 minutes I asked them about my order and they said it was taken and they proceeded to continue making other orders and not caring about other customers. Especially the manager she is absolutely trash at doing her job and ensuring customers get what they need.

Waited for more than 10 minutes for 2 iced coffees. Watched as 1 associate handled all the orders and call outs while manager and other associate chatted. I understood there was a rush of orders for a moment, but they chose to chat instead of helping finishing orders when there were still 5 customers waiting on small items (cups/cones). Rooting for that 1 associate who handled all the orders, call outs, and made drink and icecream orders tho

Lady who usually makes the coffee and stuff is very rude. Takes forever and also has an attitude, don’t know her name though. She is Indian, darker skin tone. Look out for her.
Bad management, very disappointed. Just ordered a small fries and it took almost 10 mins for them to call my number. The rediculous thing is 8-11 numbers that were after me were called before mine was ready and some of them also ordered fries in different sizes. It really makes no sense to do it like that since it left an inpression on me that my order was put off because it was only a small fries.

I would give a 0 stars if I could. I ordered an ice coffee with substitute milk through the app for a mobile pickup. I drank it and it seemed like they used regular milk. I asked them and two of them told me they only have 1 type of milk and it's 2% milk. That's not substitute milk.
Then a different girl tells me they have oat milk but I should have clicked on that on the app and I have to pay extra. There is no oat milk option and I didn't have to pay extra when I ordered the day before.
They refuse to admit they messed up the order and don't care. Make sure to double check your order at this location

The lady behind the counter maybe the supervisor and also the cashier. Looks grumpy. Ordered medium ice coffee with one or light cream. When i got my order it came with xtra heavy cream and light liquid sugar. I didn’t even mention sugar. Goes ahead and adds it. My advice is try to follow instructions and don’t make ur own assumptions. Always bad experience at this location. Horrible!!!!!
