Ordered all dressed mcshaker fries in a meal and they didn’t include the dressing for it. They mess up the order many times and they never seem to improve. They don’t even acknowledge their mistakes for them to improve.

The one guy in the glasses moves in slow motion. He also started putting chairs to block the entrances of the dining area while customers were still dining...I had to move several chairs just to leave.

I ordered a Filet O’Fish hamburger for my 3 year old kid and upon taking the second bite, he discovered a fish bone embedded in the sandwich (please see attached photo).
This is not merely an inconvenience; it is a significant safety issue. A fish bone poses a choking hazard, especially for children, and could have resulted in a severe injury. I am deeply disappointed with this McDonald’s

Dude working there with beard and purple shirt has piss poor attitude after making forgetting about my order and making us wait 15 mins. Couldn't even be bothered to apologize just rudeness and dismissive.
Clearly staff are untrained that can't read orders. Ordered a habenero mcchicken and they give me a regular mcchicken. Useless

Service is terrible! Simple request to get a sleeve or even an extra cup to put over a hot beverage couldn't even assist. I would even be okay they tried, but was only met with a no and to charge extra for an empty cup. Ridiculous!
