Today on August 18, 2025, I was on the drive thru at 8:15 am. When I was ordering and the lady didn't asked me the code so I went to first counter and gave them my code. The lady was so rude and said you should gave the code at first when you are ordering. I said when I was ordering nobody asked for the code. The lady said it was the procedure, I said you guys should trained first. How should I know it was the procedure when you guys didn't even asked the customer for the code. So rude

Arrived around 2 AM after a delayed flight, just wanting a quick bite. After waiting several minutes in the drive-thru, the first thing we hear is, “Please move to the next window.” Naturally, we did. At the window, staff seemed confused why we hadn’t ordered and claimed the instruction was for another car — without a shred of apology or accountability. If you’re talking to another vehicle, turn off your mic. Instead, they doubled down, shifting blame, with the night manager matching the same rude, dismissive attitude. A textbook example of ego overriding basic customer courtesy.

Such an efficiently run McDonald’s, one of the best in Markham. Never knew how good I had it until I moved away from this area. Every other McDonald’s seems incompetent and slow by comparison.

Pretty standard quality of food for a McDonald's franchise. Staff were nice and it's a very popular (hence busy) location. They can use some improvements in keeping the place cleaner and tidier (maybe a bit for frequent cleaning up at the drinks fountain and the bathrooms).
Went here to quickly pickup a late night snack when tired at 12:20pm and they forgot my sprite that I ordered. Just wanted a drink I paid for along with my food.

Bought an ice coffee today, found out there was an unknown thing in the coffee, the worst thing is, the way I found it is in my mouth. The unknown thing is feeling like a paper or a piece of gum that has been chewed.
