Bought an ice coffee today, found out there was an unknown thing in the coffee, the worst thing is, the way I found it is in my mouth. The unknown thing is feeling like a paper or a piece of gum that has been chewed.

I have been purchasing here for years. Though I have a feeling that it is getting busier than before recently, they are working hard to keep efficiency while maintaining a caring and friendly attitude to customers. Another satisfied experience today, thank you for your effort.

We got the egg muffin. It was so hard to chew. I think they gave us stale muffin, that's why.
I request that McDonald's team please don't do these things and train your staff that don't use stale things. It's a big franchise, so if they will do these types of mistakes, it's bad Macdonald image, and it's also not good for the customers' health.
