People who wants to take out should avoid this place. They would not let you sit on their chair when you are waiting for your food even though it is not busy hours. Be prepared to stand at the corner for at least 10 minutes.😡

We had unhappy experience at this restaurant today. Before we order the food, the waitress who has short hair and wearing glasses told me that my child was too loud. My child was just talking to his grandparents while waiting for the food. And there are other adult customers are louder than us…we been Canada for many years, this is the first time to meet this kinds o service, make me unhappy and ridiculous!

Friend had a serious craving for Taiwanese beef noodles and had seen some foodie YouTuber recommended this place. After a 45mins drive from downtown core, we finally get to sit and eat. Service was quick and prompt and kind and skilled, items we ordered came out one by one with it 10 minutes, and OMG a great authentic Taiwanese flavour explosion, especially the stinky tofu (you’ll smell it right away when you stepped in this place)
Everything’s tasty and servers were trilingual. Awesome !

Ate here for many years and food quality has always been good. But recently the experience was not good.
Ordered a noodles with beef and a dumpling with tendon. They messed up the noodles order by putting it with both beef and tendons. Told the staff they said they can take out the tendon back in the kitchen. Told them not to worry since the dumpling dish had not come out yet to make that also with both beef and tendon so we can swap the meat out ourselves. That way it will work out the same in terms of meat portions as our original order.
When it was time to pay, they charged us an extra $2 for the dumpling dish saying that a dumpling with both beef and tendons cost more. We explained to them since they made the mistake on the noodles dish, the portions work out the same. 1/2 beef + 1/2 beef = 1 order of beef. 1/2 tendon + 1/ 2 tendon = 1 order of tendon. The owner didn’t understand it.

My husband wanted to stop here because they had stinky tofu! It wasn’t as good as he had it before! It was fried too much, so the inside of the tofu was dry! The staff were very helpful. It was quiet because we were there off hours! We also had the beef noodle soup, this was yummy and the noodles were freshly made!

The beef noodle soup here is amazing. You get it here for a good price too, you get a large quantity for not a very high price and the food is very homemade. Also probably doesn't contain terrible chemicals. One thing to warn you about is that it kind of stinks in here. We're going to come back though cuz the food is good.

Carb counter? Forget it!
This place was recommended to me by my online friends. So we’d thought we’d try it out.
The restaurant is in First Markham Place. Man oh man. Do NOT come to park on the weekend. It took me a good 30 mins to find parking here.
The restaurant is not in the mall, but one of the restaurants on the edge. It’s quite a small restaurant with limited items.
The main claim to fame is the beef soup noodles. They also have a bunch of snack. So We ordered one large beef tendon bowl as well as a pork dry noodle bowl. We skipped the stinky tofu.
They have three different noodles, glass noodles, rice noodles, or their homemade noodles. We decided on the homemade noodles.
Boy oh boy, the noodles bowls did not disappoint. There was a generous helping of noodles in each bowl. We tried the soup noodles first. The beef soup was excellent. It was salty and sweet. The salt was not overpowering. It was fairly complex in flavours. The noodles had the correct springiness. It came with plenty of beef chunks and tendons that were firm, but not too soft; the beef had a bite to it.
Next we tried the dry noodle bowl. It was flavored with soy sauce and sesame oil. It was also delicious. The pork was very nicely seasoned. But the true star was the soya egg. It had absorbed the soya sauce flavor and had a hint of star anise. It was absolutely incredible.
Overall the meal was quite enjoyable. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a craving for noodles. 🍝
Taiwanese noodle restaurant. Food in general was tasty, like the stinky tofu and the texture of the beef noodle, friendly service, affordable price
Long-standing beef noodle soup that still delivers. Place smells like stinky tofu.
