The size of the bowl is one of the best parts. I was stuffed halfway in the heated up the rest for lunch. The amazingness continues, soup. 5 stars

Carb counter? Forget it!

This place was recommended to me by my online friends. So we’d thought we’d try it out.

The restaurant is in First Markham Place. Man oh man. Do NOT come to park on the weekend. It took me a good 30 mins to find parking here.

The restaurant is not in the mall, but one of the restaurants on the edge. It’s quite a small restaurant with limited items.

The main claim to fame is the beef soup noodles. They also have a bunch of snack. So We ordered one large beef tendon bowl as well as a pork dry noodle bowl. We skipped the stinky tofu.
They have three different noodles, glass noodles, rice noodles, or their homemade noodles. We decided on the homemade noodles.

Boy oh boy, the noodles bowls did not disappoint. There was a generous helping of noodles in each bowl. We tried the soup noodles first. The beef soup was excellent. It was salty and sweet. The salt was not overpowering. It was fairly complex in flavours. The noodles had the correct springiness. It came with plenty of beef chunks and tendons that were firm, but not too soft; the beef had a bite to it.

Next we tried the dry noodle bowl. It was flavored with soy sauce and sesame oil. It was also delicious. The pork was very nicely seasoned. But the true star was the soya egg. It had absorbed the soya sauce flavor and had a hint of star anise. It was absolutely incredible.

Overall the meal was quite enjoyable. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a craving for noodles. 🍝

The beef tendon is super soft and I can’t stop eating the beef broth. Nice winter melon tea.

This place brings back childhood memories. The beef was tender and the broth was fire for taiwanese beef noodle soup. The noodles are chewy and the bok choy and picked mustard bring great balances to the dish.

One of our must go casual noodle restaurants!
The beef was super tender and flavorful, and the tofu had that perfect golden crunch with the special sauce! Simple, satisfying, and definitely hits the taste of 臭豆腐!,

Been here a few times, though it's not those Taiwanese Beef noodles flavor, their noodles are pretty good.. many people order their stinky tofu.. I haven't tried, too full every time as their portion is pretty big. Service is very good. Worth to try.

This is my go to place for Taiwanese style beef noodles. It never disappoints and after all these years they maintained the quality of the food. I personally like the stinky tofu, but understand if some people don't. The restaurant does smell like stinky tofu, so if you don't like it, that may be an issue.

One of my favourite restaurants in the GTA! I've been going here for a while now and their food never disappoints. The beef noodles are perfect and so is the stinky tofu (if you like it)! The workers are extremely kind as well :)

Soup seems watered down. The whole store smells like Stinky Tofu and can't really enjoy flavor of food.

Noodles and beef in soup are still okay.

Original:
Best Beef noodle soup in the city!

The soup base is rich and flavorful. The beef and beef tendon were soft has good texture. The noodles were fresh and perfectly cooked.
