The food at Milestones is always great, and their happy hour deals are fantastic. Our server was absolutely lovely and made the experience even better. Unfortunately, the patio needs serious attention â there were dirty and broken tables, garbage under the tables, napkins blowing in the wind, damaged umbrellas, and even coasters being used to prop up wobbly tables. It took away from what could have been a great patio experience this evening.

Very disappointing experience at the Markham Milestones.
We arrived around 4:30 PM yesterday, well within the Happy Hour window listed on their website (3â6 PM). Yet we were charged full price for a beer, and when we questioned it, the manager, Crystal, said their Happy Hour is actually from 4â6 PM. No apology was offered, just excuses.
We also asked our server if the Calamari Tucson was the same as the one featured in the Summerlicious menu, she confidently said yes. Based on that confirmation, we ordered it. When the food arrived, it was clearly a different dish. We relied on the serverâs information, which turned out to be wrong, and ended up paying for food we would not have ordered had we been given the correct details. No apology, no compensation, nothing.
When we spoke to Restaurant Manager, Crystal at 5:15 PM today to raise these concerns, she was defensive and dismissive. The call ended with a quick âthank youâ and a hang-up. No effort to acknowledge the issue or make it right.
Iâm a regular at the Scarborough Milestones and always enjoy it there, but I wonât be returning to the Markham location. I feel like I wasted my money and my time.

I came here on a Saturday night for happy hour while in town for a few days. I sat at the bar and it was pretty empty so fast service. I started with the original Bellini which was partially frozen , it was different than a typical Bellini I've had but it tasted good. Next I tried the shard which was a coffee drink with kahlua it was ok. Last but not least I tried the dragonfruit martini which was my favorite. The bartender was great. I literally got 3 drinks for under $20.

Nice place with a good selection on the menu. You MUST try the Bellini (if you havenât yet), and their apps are pretty good, especially lettuce wraps. Service was good, Ryan was wonderfully attentive and quick.

I have to commend the service I received today. My server, Cat, was an absolute professional. While not overly conversational, her presence was a calming and steadying influence throughout my visit. She performed a thorough inspection of my table upon arrival and periodically checked in with a series of slow, reassuring blinks. The attention to detail was impeccableâshe even tried to help me with my keyboard by walking on it. The gentle, rumbling purr created a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. 10/10, would highly recommend. This server deserves a raise in the form of premium treats and chin scratches.

Do not get the ribs itâs disgusting with no flavor! Had just a few bites then had to stop eating. Got sick right after! I warned u âŠ.service was good though

First time in downtown Milestone. The atmosphere is very nice. Very comfortable and relaxing. The server was quick and return very often. The steak I had was very good. I will return again when I have a chance!!!

Had a team event here. Food took more than an hour to come, while all the steaks were outrageoulsy overcooked, veggies undercooked. The whole time servers were unresponsive and had no clue what was going on.
