Cashier was extremely rude. She did not have to yell at me for ordering something that they do not have in stock for their location. The food is good, but the customer service was extremely hostile and unfriendly. I would not recommend unless you like bad service and being greeted with a yelling. If customers are such an inconvenience, why are you working cash register then? Furthermore, the wait time is rather unacceptable at 20 minutes+. The service is very very unprofessional.

I ordered the Salmon Lover Combo, and it was absolutely wonderful—fresh and delicious! However, this spot seems to be primarily focused on takeout. While there are a few chairs for dining in, the setup isn’t ideal for those eating on-site. Surprisingly, there wasn’t even a bin for customers to dispose of their trash. I had to ask the staff to throw it out, and they mentioned they didn’t have one, which felt odd. Overall, great food but they should consider some basic amenities for dine-in customers.

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this restaurant. The sushi quality is very bad, the staff are rude, I found hair in the food and they wouldn’t replace the food for me or give me refund. Instead they tried claiming that it was my hair and insisted that I put it there intentionally to get free food. I AM NEVER EATING SUSHI THERE AGAIN.

Very disappointed, I order sushi from Uber Eats at 9:10pm, the order time changed many times, until I received a notification at 11:40pm that my order had been cancelled. Not impressed with the service. Maybe Sushi Monkey shouldn’t offer this service if they can’t meet their customers needs. This was not a one off but the second time that this happened.

Food was fine. I always order through Uber eats and they never fail to disappoint. Decided last minute I wanted some sushi so I opted to go to this place in person. The front lady was super rude and unprofessional; especially towards those that don’t speak mandarin. I understand there could’ve been a language barrier but my bf literally pointed at what we wanted to order and was still left with an attitude. And what’s the point of having 2 seatings at the front if we’re not allowed to dine in? Literally felt like she gawking at us from behind the counter. Terrible service and no garbage to let us properly clean up after ourselves.

The attitude at the front desk is too bad

Last Sunday, I was placing order through the Uber Eats and by accident order extra tray. I call restaurant and they told me to cancel through the Uber and they will hold not make anything so I did cancel through the Uber and re-order again and they took for the order cancellation full $160, then I order for another $123
I already was dealing with Uber for three days and the restaurant telling Uber to call next day to call next day to call next day so I literally got charged $283 for 2 trays of sushi
I’ve been there Client for four years and they completely disappointed what happened

I ordered sushi from here many times. Good quality (7/10) sushi and fast service. Not an ideal place for dine in. Recommend ordering from Uber eats if looking for a combo set.
18 pc combo sets BOGO available on the app for 27 bucks. Parking is limited on site as the plaza is usually packed with cars
