Excellent service with a friendly smile. It's hard to find nowadays. Extremely clean environment, their washroom tells the cleanness.
Sometimes, line up there due to their quality food, be prepared. It's better spend money on food places like healthy options than less quality fast food. I'm surprised to see Christmas decorations hard to find in Canada.
Due to high food cost hitting restaurant like this. We all need to support local businesses and make a big difference. I highly recommend this location. 10/10.

I’m very surprised this Mr. sub is still alive. The customer service here is horrible. You wonder why these Mr. sub establishments are starting to fall apart. They only care about the little pennies.. not enough toppings, not agreeing to the sub of the day. This Mr. sub establishment does not follow the rules.

One of the worst sub ever ate. The lady employee told us that she is closing in half hour so can not toast the sub for us that also she told us after making the sub. Totally no enthusiasm or passion to serve. Avoid this place at any cost and rather spend somewhere else

Very cheap with toppings. Only puts like one line of each topping, not even stacked/layered. When we asked to put lettuce and tomato on a pizza sub, the worker said that’s not allowed unless we get rid of a slice of cheese. Then she said “what do you normally put on pizza” in a condescending way as if we were stupid for asking for lettuce and tomatoes. Looks like mould on the bread but not sure. When I asked to have my assorted sub grilled at the cashier, she said it would ruin the veggies and that I was supposed to ask earlier - her words were “we don’t do that unless you tell us to”. Will be going to Subway from now on lol.

This Mr Sub has been a family tradition for years now. Every Friday I have the pleasure of getting my family the most delicious subs. The quality of the veggies and bread is incomparable and the friendliness of the employees. I will definitely keep coming here.
Been going to this location for over 20 years but today will be my last. Next time somebody asks for extra sauce maybe think twice about body shaming them in front of the whole store. I am extremely embarrassed and can not believe the way I was treated. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters to share my experience there today.
