Staff is amazing, very helpful and have great knowledge of which coffees to recommend. Giovanni always gives great customer service. Store is always clean. Keep it up guys ??

Ridiculous wait for service. 20 minutes to buy coffee pods or spend money on delivery. How in the world does it take so long to sell someone coffee. Hire more staff or maybe don't spend hours selling 1 $ coffee pods. Get real

My friend and I had the chance to taste the holiday limited capsules before placing our orders.
The staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to prepare multiple flavors for us to try. Great service and delicious coffee!

I visited Nesspresso at Markville recently and really enjoyed the experience. From tasting the different coffee and explaining abt the working of all the machines Alexa was excellent and she absolutely made the visit to the store worthwhile.
I am planning to get a machine soon and my favourite coffee was India spice.

I went in Monday evening and Priscilla greeted me.
I am completely new to Nespresso and knew nothing about it but Priscilla was fantastic in helping me by answering all of my questions. She is so kind, patient, funny and knowledgeable. I had to go back the next day just to make sure she would help me with getting the right products for my machine and how to get the most out of my Vertuo Round Head.
I am so thankful for her help and allowing me to taste many coffees to make sure I have the best product for me and my family. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.

I went to return a machine and Asian lady there arrogant and nodding her head doesn’t matter what you say and then so excited to say can’t return even though I didn’t use the machine, when she give it back she teared the packaging and didn’t put the top cardboard protector back in and had to do without it when came to Canada post because I didn’t check it and she took details of my account and updated it’s been used and asked me to call customer then what is the reason asking my details without any help. Never ever recommend the person like being in customer service.Atleast she didn’t say sorry. Please don’t ever go when she’s there in store.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Priscilla at your Markville boutique, last night. I am a loyal client and recently purchased the Vertuo Pop + machine and was upset that the coffee was not hot (unlike my Vertuo Round Head machine).
Priscilla took the time and helped troubleshoot as to the reasons why this may be happening. She made me a (decaf, as it was late in the day) coffee on the Vertuo Pop + machine to sample what the temperature level is supposed to feel like. It turns out that I did not go through the "rinse" cycle when I first purchased the Vertuo Pop + machine online, two weeks ago. During my time in store, she demonstrated how to "rinse" the machine and gave me a "Quick Start Guide" that contained the first rinsing instructions.
I am very pleased to report - much thanks to Priscilla's help and patience - that I am enjoying my "Maple Pecan" flavoured (her purchase suggestion!) HOT coffee. I would like to say a huge thank you to Priscilla for her Nespresso expertise and relatable skills. I will definitely look for her for my (many) future purchases at the Markville boutique.
I am a client of Nespresso as I love coffee and have two two espresso machines. I normally buy online, however, I visited the store multiple times on different occasions and it was only one time I had a very good service from the Manager there. Every time I enter the store and it is busy, you have no one greeting you and you don’t even know when it’s your turn to talk to any of the customer service agents…they just make you stand there wondering where to go. Last time I visited the store at Markville Mall was on Saturday 24th August 2024. I greeted the customer agent employee who was literally looking into papers and had no clients, she was to my left side when I entered. After greeting that employee, she did not respond or greet me back (as always) and she just pointed her finger backwards where two customers were standing behind her without a single word, so I assumed she’s dealing with them, but in few seconds those same two clients were called by another customer agent, so the same employee who made me wait did not deal with them and left me standing there while I was looking at her in surprise. She was still looking at her papers and did not have the least professionalism or human or business etiquette to apologize or even just talk to me and explain what just happened. In few minutes the other employee was done serving the two clients and then looked at me without any greetings and as if he was using telepathy to call me to his table. I approached him and asked him a question about a part for my frothier which they only sold online, then I just left the store regretting I made the effort to even go there. At the end of the day, you greet someone you don’t know in your neighbour or in the elevator, needless to mention professionalism and business etiquette. I will never go to that place again and might even sell my machines and get alternative brands that are cheaper with better quality and service.

Me and my husband went to this location and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and customer service was excellent. We weren't sure which coffee to buy and Kim went out of her way to explain to us the different types and how best to prepare them. She was patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was very efficient. Will definitely be coming back!
