I had a very poor experience last Saturday the 23rd of August.I usually buy a lot of coffee when I visit the store.On the last visit I wanted to try a couple of new arrivals before I purchased it.The representative who asked me the details of my account was okay with me trying the new blends as He was the one who mentioned it to me.However the so called barista was extremely poor with her attitude and prejudice.She made me one sample of the new coffee and would not make me the second bend as she said that they only allow one sample in total as it is there policy for the weekend due to being too busy even though I was the only person remaining at the coffee bar.She also mentioned that second bend taste the same (the blend in question was Nola and double expresso)
I had already ordered a couple of sleeves of the coffee I normally buy.The representative asked me If I liked the new coffee .I explained to him about the service I encountered at the coffee bar which I mentioned that was extremely disappointing.At that point the representative was apologetic.But in the end the experience I had was negative.
Also in the past I had a very poor experience with a female representative as well due to her very poor and unwelcoming attitude
At this point in time I am contemplating on not going to the Nespresso store or even purchasing it on line due to the unwelcoming experience .

This place is so friendly! I love the staff, they are always kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed the coffee I bought from here, it was such a great experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots at Markville Mall

I really love coming to this store. It’s always a great experience. The staff and manager are great at explaining the new coffees and machines. It’s a welcoming environment and they are very patient with me bringing in my young daughter. It’s nice to be able to shop in person and try the coffees before buying. I really appreciate having this store at the mall.

Disrespectful and slow employees! They sitting behind and don’t work!!

I have never been to a Nespresso shop that’s so not welcoming in Canada, usually the staff are very friendly and cheerful but this one in Markville mall was bad. One of the staff that came talking to me was a man with glasses, even though he came asked if I need any assistance or help, he was so cold and blunt. I was trying to tell him my feedback of one of the capsule that I had recently and he seemed upset and said it’s supposed to be like that instead of trying to offer me some advices. I was not very happy at that point but I didn’t say anything and still purchased some capsules cause that was what I originally intended to do. He was so cold and not friendly all the time I had no idea why. I will not come back to this location in the future unfortunately.

Customer service at this location was horrible. The representative did not want to help and I felt rushed. I was expecting better service. I felt rushed and the rep did not provide any help on the different products that were offered. Nespresso is good quality but I only found bad customer service at this location.

Visited the Nespresso boutique to sample some espresso flavours and had the pleasure of being helped by an employee named Saman (hope I’m spelling that correctly). It was actually her first day, but you wouldn’t have guessed it—my wife and I were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, product knowledge, and warm customer service.

She gave us great recommendations, and thanks to her we discovered some new favourites—especially the hazelnut and coconut blends. We originally just came in to try a few flavours but ended up purchasing 10 sleeves and even received a complimentary mug.

A big thank you to Saman for making our experience so enjoyable. Her passion and expertise really stood out!

The boutique experience was enjoyable. Pricilla was very professional and knowledgeable as I was just browsing and not familiar with the various machines. She offered me a cup of java and patiently answered all my questions. The store itself was very organized and clean. Overall, great experience. Thanks
