It was my first time shopping in person here and I changed one of my orders to the limited edition coconut coffee and the girl helping me said okay and then charged me for it. After the transaction I realized she made a mistake and gave me two espressos. I was still in the store and approached her again to ask her to exchange it and she awkwardly looked at me and asked the associate beside her if we could refund it and he asked her if she repeated the order to me before processing it - she didn’t respond because she DIDNT repeat the order back to me. He proceeded to tell me it’s non-refundable and it says it on the receipt…like I just said this was my first time here & it’s not my fault the associate made a mistake. Then he proceeded to ask if I wanted to make an additional purchase for the limited edition one. I will be purchasing my orders online from now on.

Excellent place to buy coffee, Juan is such nice person, I felt so comfortable with him, great customer service, and the free coffee was amazing, their coffee is amazing too. So many flavours and taste amazing! Highly recommended. Will come back definitely.

Got some coffee pods with Alyaan, he helped me find the right flavors for my Vertuo machine and even let me try a new flavour which I ended up getting as well.

Very friendly service from Alyaan and the pods were great too. Highly recommend the double espresso dolce which he let me try before buying.

Horrible experience. I’ve been to this location before and never had an issue until today. The person that took my order didn’t review the order with me like they normally do, and after providing him with my account number/phone number, my account wasn’t even the one that was used - which made a difference on the invoice total for me. . Of course I didn’t notice this until I had left the mall (near closing time). There’s no direct number to the store, and customer service said the only thing that we can do is go back to the store tomorrow (since the store is now closed) and I couldn’t even tell them the errors. So now I have to make the drive tomorrow to see if they can even rectify it.

Bought a Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium and it stopped working after 2 years. Not expecting to work for life time but not just 2 years. Bad workmanship and quality. Very disappointed with their customer service. Called technical support but problem not resolve over the phone, so they just offer some discount if buying a new machine. They just want you to keep buying their products instead of really helping to repair the unit. Unbelievable that it only work 2 years, especially i don't use it daily. Not worth the money. Stay away and suggest to check out some other brands.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Nespresso store, thanks to Priscilla. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness. As someone completely new to Nespresso, I was feeling a little out of my depth—but Priscilla took the time to guide me through everything with incredible patience and care. She explained the different coffee pod options and packages in a way that was easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

I was shopping for a birthday gift for a friend, and what could have been a confusing or stressful visit turned into an enjoyable, even memorable, experience. Priscilla’s attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made all the difference. If I were a coffee enthusiast myself, I would’ve left with something too!

The store itself is elegant and thoughtfully designed, which is why I was surprised to see some of the lower reviews. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and that’s entirely because of the outstanding customer service I received.

Waited almost 10 minutes at the entrance to get in because they didn't open on time. Then, we had to wait for them to 'start up the system.' 15 minutes later, still no service due to system issues. Bad location.

It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and Jen and Giovanni went above and beyond. I highly recommend Nespresso for all your coffee needs, especially if you're lucky enough to be assisted by them!
