Food tasted pretty good. Service was attentive and wait staff was able to proactively anticipate my needs.

The dim sum here is pretty decent. We enjoyed the bbq pork baked pineapple bun. They don’t charge tips in the bill unlike some dim sum places do. The service here is ok.

Parking: There’s more parking at the back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space

Dim sum is bland, but otherwise meat is of good quality. Service is poor if you do not speak Chinese, the servers the day I came in seem rather prejudice. $45 for 4 dishes seems rather overpriced for the level of service. For some reason, they try to be fancy and have the most uncomfortable seats they could purchase.

After the newly renovated, under the new management the restaurant is much better than before. Good food and excellent service.

Went there for dim sum during new year. Was told upon entry had to be charged $16 extra for a table. Love the dim sum there which is why I keep coming back but by charging the diners money for lion dance performance is bad taste. Poor class and not in the spirit of new year.

If I could give negative stars, I will. We went during Chinese New Year time to have dim sum and to see the lion dance. When the lion dance came out, the waitress told us we had to buy this $16.80 lettuce (part of the lion dance routine where the lions “eat the lettuce”) or leave. Not all the other tables bought but the waitress insisted us to buy the lettuce or we had to leave. She also said all the tables bought the lettuce which was 100% not the case. If this is a cost, it should be on the bill or communicated ahead of time. The waitress straight up lied when she said the table was for another customer as there is clearly no customer using the table. I definitely will not be returning due to terrible service and will never recommend anyone from going here either.

Not only was their dim sum the worst I’ve had in Toronto in terms of taste and presentation, but the service was shockingly bad. The dumplings looked unappetizing—like sickly brains—the beef tendons were overly gamey, the bean curd pieces were unnecessarily large and tasteless, and the spareribs were over-fried and rock hard.

The service, however, was the most upsetting part. While I don’t mind unfriendly service, being outright disrespected is a different matter. At one point, I asked for a napkin and the lady carrying food slammed a dish on the table and yelled, “I only carry food! Ask the server!” While I understand the division of roles in dim sum service, I’ve never been treated this way at other restaurants like Casa Imperial or Yu Seafood, where staff usually acknowledge such requests and inform the appropriate server.

To top it off, I was supposed to receive a 10 percent discount on the bill for paying cash, which they failed to apply.

This is the only time I’ve ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip. I will never return.

Heard about this place and we teavelled from Mississauga. Mango pudding was outstanding (excellent). Pork spare ribs was amazing, but most of the Dimsum food was good. The portion was average. But the deep fried squid was very chewed or rubbery. Beef garlic trip was a complete failure.
We were also looking for wedding menu. Found the menu at this location but it was all written in Chinese. When asked if they have this menu in English the service lady said abruptly no and walked away. Well we have to look for people who would like to cater our wedding dinner.

Went there on New Year's day lunch time. Probably second busiest day of the year. Wait was 45 minutes not bad given how full restaurants was.Undergroung Parking at the Mall is plentifull and free.Service was efficient and fast. Food quality a solid 4. Prices were very reasonable, abou 30% cheaper than our favourite Downtown Toronto Dim Sum Place. Will definetely return.

Very good dim sum spot but a little pricey but expected. My only complaint is that it's very hard to catch servers for the bill.

The roast pork was mostly fat, the sautéed beef dish was quite salty. It was only late November, but the serving staff wouldn't stop taking turns heckling us to buy coupons for Chinese New Year specialty dishes, despite saying "no" to FOUR different people!

The worst was when it was time for the bill. We used a voucher for 2 free dishes, but we were CHARGED TAX on these 2 'free' dishes. We then paid in cash and included what we thought was an incredibly generous tip, but the lady in charge of the cashier came back to our table telling us we "gave too little tip," stating the tip percentage should be calculated based on the total price of the meal before the coupons ($409, which was also after tax), not the post discount cost of the meal ($258). Essentially this business came after us for an extra ~$10-20.
