Oh cake has never disppointed us! We ordered all the cakes from here for different occasions. And now it becomes a part of our celebration tradition. My daughter is recently into Super Kitties. We bought the main charactors from Walmart. The owner did the fantastic design for us. My daughter was thrilled with the beautiful cake. And it tastes as great as it always. We will definitely order the cakes again.😄

I’ve tried many cake shops, but Oh Cake is by far the best I’ve ever had. The cakes taste incredibly fresh, the mango is delicious, the cream is rich and milky, and the cake texture is so soft and fluffy. The service is also excellent. I will definitely keep ordering from Oh Cake!
Ordered as a last min birthday cake only cuz they delivered and had the theme I wanted (kpop demon hunters, vanilla) cake was delivered the day before party (kept it in my fridge). The figures held up (slight curl on some but not too noticeable when blowing the candles out time). Thr cake was great and not too sweet.

Best custom cake shop in Markham! Ever since I discovered this place, I’ve ONLY purchased from here. Every cake tastes amazing and looks exactly like the photos, beautifully made every time. Their customer service is truly top tier. The owners are friendly, thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly flexible. During the HUGE snowstorm yesterday, I had a cake scheduled for pickup, and the owner proactively called to check if I could still make it. They kindly offered the option to reschedule or proceed as planned. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and flexibility. Highly recommend!

I ordered a mango cake from Oh Cake for my daughter’s birthday a few days ago. The cake looked fine on the outside, but after we ate it, I started having stomach issues. When I checked the inside, I found that the mango pieces were black and seemed to be spoiled. It was really disappointing and concerning, especially for a special occasion. I hope the store can pay more attention to the freshness and quality of their ingredients.

The fruit cake was light and fluffy, but the fruits weren’t in season so not sweet enough. Overall still enjoyed the cake and would try a non-fruit cake next time!

Best cake of my life..... Purchased this for my mother's bday, as she is Singaporean. Tasting all of these flavours in one cake made me want to cry. Amazing shop, extremely clean, and they were very nice over the phone and in person. Thank you so much. I don't think I'll ever have a better cake in the rest of my life.
We were searching for the perfect wedding cake but couldn’t decide on a custom design. Then we found Oh Cake! I reached out to ask if they could turn their two-tier cake into a three-tier, and their customer service was so kind and accommodating. The cake was a huge hit at our wedding. Our guests still mention how good it was to this day.

I bought a mango-flavoured cake from here. It's a takeout place, no seating areas however the shop itself is decorated nicely and you have a clear view of them actually making your cake fresh in the kitchen; I liked that. The cake is given in a protective clear-view carry box and wrapped a plastic protectant shield on the inside. When inspecting the cake after buying it I noticed a small hair near the bottom of the cake. I took it back into the shop, and the clerk apologized saying they can offer to remake the cake or extract it and give it back. I chose the latter option as I needed the cake for an event soon, though I felt uncomfotable by the hair being in-contact with the cake. The cake itself was decent. In terms of looks, it was stunning. Fresh mango fruit pieces were used and they were quite sweet, and the icing tasted good. Cake itself was a little rubbery in texture but tasted alright. Overall not bad, just a little disappointed by the hair incident.

Ordered the most beautiful cake!! It was the strawberry cream flavour and was perfect! Icing was not too sweet like some cakes. I like that they were able to do the order in two days and also I found the price very reasonable.
