We ordered hot chocolate and it was extremely sweet. We drove all the way from downtown Toronto to get a decent cup of hot chocolate.
However, we were very dissapointed.
On top of that, the amount of milk in the hot chocolate was very little, which made it very runny, it wasn't even froth properly.

Not sure what the hype was all about.
I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a nice decent hot chocolate.

The reason for the one star and it’s honestly not my fault is because the employee put way too much ice cream in the cup along with the sauce and it dripped all over the place including my pants. I asked as a washroom and they refused. I wanted to clean the ice cream or the stain off my pants.

Love this place!! Their ice cream variety and chocolate chip cookie is absolutely the best!!

Service could be better! They hire part timers with attitude, who don't have "thank you" in their vocabulary.

Their hot chocolate is really good. However, the service could have been done so much better. Our order took more than 30 minutes to finish.

one of my favourite places in Unionville, after trying their Original OFC hot chocolate and their original OFC mocha, I am not trying any other hot chocolate unless it's from here!! 🤤🤍🤍🤍

We ordered our wedding favour chocolates from here and tried their Belgian Hot Chocolate. The favours were a hit and the hot chocolate was hands down the best I've ever had. I am eagerly looking forward to order more when I'm in the area.

I love the holiday decorations and the baristas have a lot of enthusiasm that just brightens your day.

The peppermint hot chocolate was rich and nicely flavoured and well worth waiting 10 mins for it to be made. I loved the Belgian chocolate cheesecake too! Service was friendly.

It is a great place but good luck finding a table to enjoy your cafe and pastry. We went on Thanksgiving weekend and it was super busy. Would like to come back on a weekday. We decided to take out. I had a hot coco and an apple butter pastry. One can view their kitchen in the back and it seems that they bake it all in there.

Came in here twice. First time was on Thanksgiving when my girlfriend and I saw a sign outside saying they had the world’s best hot chocolate. There was a long line due to the holiday but the hot chocolate was worth the wait and the perfect drink to have while strolling down the street. The hot chocolate was so good that my girlfriend and I came back the next night for more and we were warmly greeted by Elias. He was very friendly and energetic even though we came less than an hour before closing. We look forward to our next visit.

I wanted to give it a 3.5 but not 4 for sure! The vibe is great, the food is adequate, but the Hot Chocolate that they endorse as “The world’s best!” Isn’t even the towns best I guess, the hot chocolate was barely warm let alone “hot”, I ordered their 70% dark with whipped cream but the thing didn’t even had slight whipped cream on it, and the line was so long because of the hype that I didn’t even wanted to get back and show them that there is no whipped cream on it.

If you just want to have a hot chocolate for the sake of it, you can just go in and have it if the line is short but do not confuse is it as the “best” of anywhere.

I still gave it a 3 because the red velvet cupcake was tasty.

We enjoyed some incredibly fresh and tasty ice cream in the heart of Unionville. The salty caramel was a hit, making it the perfect stop before a leisurely walk around the area!

One of the workers made some fake news I was trying to get my chocolate ice cream but they didn’t have enough left so then I asked if they had any in the back. And the worker said no sorry we don’t. I ordered another ice cream and then once I started eating it, the worker came with the tub of the chocolate ice cream. I didn’t appreciate that. She made false information.
