Disappointed with Osmow’s under the new management. The staff is poorly trained and unaware of basic offers. This used to be my go-to spot, but the service quality has dropped significantly. Hope they address these issues soon.

We ordered 2 boxes of meat on stix with medium spice. We got the stix floating in garlic and hot sauce. The falafel was overcooked and too black on the outside. Very disappointing. We could not eat the food as it was too spicy.
