This is by far the most awful shawarma place I’ve ever been to. They serve leftover, old meat instead of fresh cuts. When I asked for freshly cut shawarma, they refused and still tried to give me the old meat. I refused to take the order and asked for my money back, but instead of giving it back, they refused. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Stopped by Osmow’s in Markham and ordered a medium chicken shawarma with vegetables. Honestly, the only thing that tasted fresh were the veggies. The chicken had a rotten smell, and it seemed like they covered it with a lot of mayonnaise to mask the flavor. The meat didn’t taste fresh at all dry, old, and not what you’d expect from a shawarma. The reviews I saw before don’t reflect what I experienced here. Terrible customer service.

I ordered the chicken on the rocks. The rice taste like pebbles. Like come on guys, just follow the damn instruction from the bag. I ordered the large chicken on the rocks and tossed half my rice away. What a bad experience and that crap costed 16 dollars. I'm mad as hell
July, 7. 2025: Just ordered chicken on the rocks. Whoever made the rice and the chicken today needs a bit of training or maybe it's an off day but the the food I ordered was pretty bad. About 30% of the rice was hard and the chicken was salty. Some of the seasoning clumped up and made the chicken very salty. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself.

Ordered a fallafel box online. Falafel was burnt tasted really really bad as a vegetarian I was disappointed. The wrap was also open like the pita wasn’t closed maybe it ripped because the pita was too dry and it had no foil around it to hold cleanly, and rice was very greasy. Also the wrap was basically empty, very small disappointing portions. First and last time ordering sadly
