I ordered a wrap with order of fries Falafel box. I received 6 on rice no salad FALAFELS ARE BURT OVER COOKED AND INSTEAD OF ORDER OR FRIES I RECEIVED FRIES INSIDE WRAP. NEVER ASKED FOR THAT. 28.00 $ FOR GARBAGE CAN'T EVEN EAT.

I wanted chicken potatoes, even though don't say it twice, they put a little potatoes as if they were joking and filled the bottom with rice, I ate more rice than chicken, I gave it, it doesn't deserve the money

I want to give a big shoutout to Dheru and Rehanna for their amazing service. I accidentally placed my order at another Osmow’s, but they went out of their way to call the other location and sort everything out for me. They still made me a delicious poutine here and were super friendly the whole time. Really appreciate their effort — great customer service!

Genuinely the worst food I have ever tried to eat in my whole life. I ordered a chicken shawarma box with rice and hummus on top. Starting with no utensils or napkins in the bag so i had to use my own. Second was the absolutely stone cold rice and the cold shawarma. I literally took one bite of both the rice and the shawarma and threw up right after and im currently in my bed sick after this. Unbelievable. Never stepping foot in this osmows or any other osmows there is.

What you called pre-cut lamb Shawarma looks like a ground meat and feels awful! Both pre cut maybe previously frozen! We just ordered take out med lamb on box and med beef on both awful please don’t go there. Awful.
Visited osmows by mccowan and highway 7. Food took a while and didn’t taste that well . Place was also very messy for a time where the restaurant was not busy. Staff didn’t bother clean up from previous customers.

I really love Osmow’s and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. During the National Shawarma Day promotion, though, it was definitely chaotic. I scheduled my order on the app bright and early, thinking it would make the process smoother and faster, but it still took us over an hour to get our food. The line was long, confusing, and unorganized, and a lot of people were cutting in, being loud, and not following any kind of order. It became stressful and overwhelming, especially for people who had already ordered ahead and were trying to stay patient.
There really needs to be better crowd control and a clearer system for ordering and picking up food. It would help if there were separate lines for app orders and in-person orders, or at least clear signs and direction for customers. I also felt bad for people ordering in person because they had to get a ticket first and then line up again to pick up their food, which made the wait even longer. To make things more stressful, the location was closing at 10 PM, so people waiting near the end were worried their food wouldn’t even be ready in time.
I want to make it clear that none of this is the fault of the staff. They were working extremely hard, staying polite and patient even though the place was absolutely packed. They do not deserve to be overworked like that, and I really admire how calm, professional, and kind they were under pressure. The main issue was simply the lack of organization and preparation for such a big event.
That being said, the food was incredible as always. Everything tasted fresh, warm, and perfectly seasoned. The portions were normal, not deflated or smaller like other places sometimes do during promotions, which really shows Osmow’s commitment to quality. Honestly, for $5 you really can’t beat it when the regular price is around $15 to $20. The shawarma was tender, flavorful, and totally worth the wait in the end. I will absolutely come back on regular days because Osmow’s never disappoints. Every time I walk by, it smells like heaven, and their shawarma is truly the best.
This review isn’t meant to complain but to share honest feedback. With better planning, communication, and crowd management, I think future events could go a lot smoother for both customers and staff. Osmow’s has amazing food and hardworking people, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for more.

I ordered chicken on the rocks with veggie toppings, but they completely missed the veggies — such a rookie mistake. My friend ordered a wrap box but got chicken on the rocks instead, and they insisted that’s what she ordered. Terrible service — never coming back here.
