I want to give a big shoutout to Dheru and Rehanna for their amazing service. I accidentally placed my order at another Osmow’s, but they went out of their way to call the other location and sort everything out for me. They still made me a delicious poutine here and were super friendly the whole time. Really appreciate their effort — great customer service!

I really love Osmow’s and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. During the National Shawarma Day promotion, though, it was definitely chaotic. I scheduled my order on the app bright and early, thinking it would make the process smoother and faster, but it still took us over an hour to get our food. The line was long, confusing, and unorganized, and a lot of people were cutting in, being loud, and not following...
