I had a very bad experience with the baklawa from this location. After taking just one bite, the taste was so off that I almost threw up and felt sick afterward. Even though the packaging says it’s good for another three months, it definitely did not taste fresh. It seemed old or poorly stored, which was very disappointing. Food quality and freshness should be a priority, and this experience really put me off.

This Markham location of Osmow’s deliberately gives smaller portions if you order through the official app. When I questioned the reduced quantity, the employee openly admitted they served less because the app offers discounts. So they promote the app, encourage its use, and then punish customers for using it. That is straight-up dishonest. Same item, same brand, less food on purpose, with no warning. Either this location is running its own shady rules, or the company is fine with misleading customers.
Bottom line- I won’t be back. If you value fairness, avoid this location or order in person and watch them carefully.

This is my second time visiting this location and I can write with confidence this is the worst Osmow’s location I have ever been to.
The girl working in the front is terrible, she makes you feel you are bothering her by entering the store and ordering.
The quality of the food at this location is also poor, the fries was over cooked and the chicken was almost raw.

The girl working at 2:20 am on 25 December was really rude. I get that you guys have to confirm if the order is being picked up by right person but there is a way to do that. I picked up the order and almost reached the door and she calls me out and asks me so rudely about which order I have. She could have asked in a very polite manner, I was obviously not there to steal. i wish there was a better costumer service.

One of the worst Osmow's I ever go to. I’ve been to this location multiple times expecting things to have gotten better but it never does. Its always so dirty, the food quality is garbage and on top of that they never give me a full serving size. At every other osmows I go to they fill up the bowl, this Osmows has notoriously been known to me for skimping on portions sizes. I don’t recommend coming here especially in the middle of the night
