Worst Osmow’s to ever exist the quantity and quality always disappoints . I have seen a gradual decrease in their quality of service. Never ordering from this store again. I have ordered for a spicy one I got no trace of it at all.😑. Wish I could directly complain to the owner of this store. This is the 3rd time that this happened to me.

Picked up from this location. They didn’t even wrap the pita or it was ripped before they wrapped it. This isn’t how the wraps look in all of their marketing/promo.

Ordered multiple times from this outlet. I think these guys are always high on something. I always get the wrong order, got chicken instead vegetarian. Got extra spicy instead of less etc. This outlet should be closed asap.
We got two falafel on the rocks and we specifically told them to put all the toppings in the bowl, and it was a take out so we reached home and saw there no toppings at all on it. We literally have paid the full price and were so excited to have dinner after a long day. It was just ruined because the staff didn’t hear what the customer is saying. Not coming back to this location!!
