Truly the worst Osmow’s I have ever been to. The chicken is disgusting, the fries are stale, the service is painfully slow, and the staff seem to get some great satisfaction out of getting your order wrong. I had to throw out my meal for the first time.
I am a huge Osmow’s fan and take it from me, please go to literally any other location.
I honestly think Osmow’s corporate should audit this place because it is definitely doing some serious damage to the brand by being THIS bad.

Absolutely trash location of osmows, ordered ubereats 3rd or 4th time this month, everytime issues, once it was burnt fries, other time disgusting unchewable chicken(made me doubt it was even chicken at all), missing drink and yesterday missing all veggie toppings in my order and they use sauce like it costs them a million dollar. Not to mention smaller portions compared to all other locations. Honestly don't understand how this location still works with that type of service.
They cancel your uber eats order when it comes close to closing times lol i tried twice with different order and both cancelled. I am glad they cancelled after reading couple of reviews :).

Extremely filthy place and I really mean it. It’s by sheer luck that people haven’t gotten seriously ill or worse died of food poisoning. The workers have the same gloves on that they use doing everything with: Sticking their hands in everything including the grill, fries, cash machine, all the wet toppings such as salad, chopped tomatoes, onions, various meat items, all possible surfaces and everything else in between without changing them. It’s a big no no in food industry as cross contamination is a very common and serious risk. The owners are pretty much banking on being open late hours. And perhaps that’s the only reason why it’s a go-to place for people in the area. Next time you’re there I suggest pay attention to how they use the same germ infested gloves on everything. Only god knows how often they change them!
They don’t follow the basic food safety guidelines and charge premium for their food. People working there seem to be all new comers with no food handling skills and keep changing frequently. Eat there at your own risk!! I’ll report them to the food safety department and the franchise office first chance I get.
Update: the owner of this place has no clue about customer service and fixing the issues with his place. Just read his response to my review and it says a lot about his character and the way he runs the business. Anybody that criticizes his place is having “a bad day” or is against Osmow’s. So unprofessional and childish. Grow a pair and fix your disgusting joint instead.
