I was there for lunch today. I ordered and paid for the food at the counter because nobody greeted or took my order at the table. The lady mistakenly thought my order was for take-out, I said I wanted to dine in. Her answer was, "No, you can't because you didn't tip when you paid for it." I'm not impressed with her attitude at all. The food is great, but I would never go back again.

I almost always give 4-5 stars for restaurants but this time really pissed me off. I have ate at this restaurant several times whether by myself or with friends and never had problems. Today I ate as usual and I was gonna pay. I didn’t think the service was too good and so I opted to not tip(it should never be expected). This lady decided that she was gonna start looking at me with an ugly face and so I offered to rescan to give a tip and she just waved me off and said just go. I’m never gonna come back because of this. You think just because of a $3 tip, you’re gonna show disrespect to someone you don’t even know??? Take that crappy attitude to somewhere else! This proves that she didn’t even deserve the tip in the first place period.

First time here. We have been curious for quite sometime but unable to get in because always packed. The food is excellent. Simple ingredients packed with flavour and amazing texture. We ordered the popcorn chicken and their signature beef noodle soup. Both were 10/10. We can’t wait to come back to try more of their menu. Bravo Papa Chang’s!!!!!
