I had the wonderful and fortunate opportunity to meet Papa Chang himself. You never know when you will come face to face with greatness and I did when this happened. The food was authentic and wonderful. The seating area is small but just enough for a family of four. The server knew a lot about the food.
The only complaint I have is the metal chopsticks. Be authentic, get wooden ones or bamboo ones.
