Never disappoint their pizza tastes amazing at all of the locations ive been too. I love the quality of their pizza as well as the sauces & of course the pickled pepper. Most importantly i love that they are open late!

Worst pizza I have ever had, ordered stuffed crust pizza yesterday from there with pepperoni and and all the ingredients not fresh the pizza was cold and I got wings and cookie they were cold and soggy to. All the people working here not serious about making pizza. Pizza took longer than the expected time and the pizza was a fully disappointing pizza I got sick from it. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone worst pizza in Markham by far hands down

Chicken on my pizza smelled raw and just gross. When I submitted my feedback, someone responded insinuating I was making it up because no one else had had an issue. Staff barely speak English but have a ton of attitude. Some of the other reviews share similar experiences - about staff pushing back and not willing to take accountability for an error. That’s the nature of the job. They need some customer service training that’s for sure. Take your business elsewhere!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered pizza from the Papa John’s on Markham Main Street, and shortly after eating it, my entire family got sick with diarrhea. This was the only meal we all shared, so it’s extremely clear the pizza was the cause.

When I called the store to report it, they completely dismissed the issue and blamed it on something else we “might have eaten.” Not only was that incredibly unhelpful, but the person I spoke with was also extremely rude and defensive, showing no concern for the fact that an entire family got sick.

To be honest, the pizza did taste great, but it’s absolutely not worth the risk of food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you’re okay with getting sick and being treated poorly when you try to raise a concern. Very disappointed.

I was disgusted and shocked markham main st PaPa John's store the staff did not use gloves to directly touch the food and machines. when I questioned the supervisor, a guy said that he was the boss and he had taken over markham main PaPa John's store for 2 years and never used gloves,i can't believe is what I heard.i don't give up and call other store is markham hwy7 when I asked the hwy7 store,a girl said the same thing that the markham hw7 PaPa John's didnot use gloves,this is really disgusting🤮I don't understand,now PaPa John's haven't sense of hygiene concept?!
I will tell all my friends and family to never order pizza from PaPa John's from now on for the sake of health.
