DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Just had the worst pizza I’ve ever had it wasn’t even hot when it came out of the oven, had barely any toppings, and was completely dry with almost no sauce. Extremely disappointing quality and not what you’d expect from Papa John’s. Won’t be ordering here again.

We order here often but the quality of delivery has been deteriorating. Tonight we ordered two large pizzas and paid $60 for them. Definitely not cheap. They arrived 60min later, which was very slow, and when they arrived, the pizzas were barely warm. We will not order delivery from this location again.

I’ve had some bad takeout experiences before, but this PAPA JOHNS LOCATION TAKES THE CAKE. I placed a simple order and what I got was a COMPLETE MESS. The pizza was COLD, the crust was like RUBBER, and they forgot half the sides I paid for. When I called to fix the issue, I was met with nothing but ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECT.
The staff clearly don’t care, and the OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, cutting me off mid-sentence and refusing to help. Instead of solving the problem, he acted like it was a JOKE. I’ve never dealt with a more UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.
What’s worse is the place looked like it had NO CLEANING STANDARDS when I went in — I honestly regret giving them my money. This location clearly has no interest in QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other pizza spots that actually know how to treat people.

PLEASE I WARN YOU DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS POPPA JOHNS LOCATION JUST DONT. This was the worse experience ever please do not even buy from this poppa johns. The food was fully cold and they missed many things in my order. They claimed they gave me everything but I was missing 8 garlic sauces and everything was awful. The owner was a rude jerk who was using unprofessional language on the phone and he was rude to his customers. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The owner lied to me on the phone and when I showed his proof and evidence he got quiet and just listened which shows he was lying the whole time.

Anyways, I also asked how often the driver is unavailable, like is this a frequent thing? APPARENTLY they don’t actually deliver late nights except Fridays. To be clear I have nothing against the kind woman working there. I’m just shocked at two things: 1) Why offer late night delivery on the app when it’s actually unavailable 6 of the 7 days of the week? Just say on the app that it’s unavailable 2) WHY WON’T YOU REFUND PEOPLE THEIR DELIVERY TIP IF THEY DIDNT GET THEIR PIZZA DELIVERED!!!
All in all: a total under-delivery from Papa Johns (aside from there being no delivery at all)
