I ordered a birthday cake here the first time. I expected the writings will be placed on top of the retangular cake. There are lots of empty spaces... why they put the writing on a very tiny piece of chocolate and put it at the side of the bottom. It was hardly to see what was in the writing. I used to love this place and would order cakes for all special occasions from here, including my wedding cake. However, after yesterday's incident with my daughter's birthday cake, I will never ever go back again. The baker is either color blind or doesn't care. I wanted a customized cake, so I printed the cake photo in color and gave it to them and they said, "no, problem its easy."
