This is. A very small bakery and offers great Hongkong style pastries. Ladies behind counter constantly working. While I was lining up to pay, some difficult customers would make lots of weird demands on their custom cakes. The ladies were very patient.
Pastry are great. Spongy with great texture
They do have great quick bites for lunch. Sandwiches look delicious.
I highly recommend the cream bun with coconut power on top, deep fried curry beef buns and their sandwiches
If they can choose their savoury ingredients carefully, I would give the beef bun 5 stars
Texture is excellent Taste is mild curry not overwhelming The portion of beef with potatoes is reasonably good The only issue is the beef quality itself. It’s like a chopped up flank steak with chewy veins.
It will be so perfect if they can make it a bit more wet inside also

The BBQ pork bun is a great choice for anyone craving a savoury-sweet bite (me). The fluffy, airy bun had a distinct yeasty flavour, adding depth to the tender char siu filling that leaned a touch more on the savoury side, and the meat-to-bun ratio was on point. Leaning more sweet, their banana bread is a testament to how good simplicity can be. Super fluffy and airy, the banana aroma was fragrant and inviting, without being too sweet.

My favorite mango cake shop at Markham. There are many other Chinese bakery made the same mango cake. Even T n T supermarket selling too.but Patisserie Gateau is my number one. Besides mango, the cake base is better than the other.They are soft and can keep 2 days still taste the same.

I give this place a 10 out of 10 the pastries are so Delicious. You can definitely tell everything here is fresh. What attracted me to the spot to begin with? Is the smell outside of the facility. It’s a serve yourself place. I’ve never been to A serve yourself pastry shop before. Everything was just so good .prices are Great. I don’t know the name of lady in the front, but she was genuinely so sweet if you never been Before you definitely have to come and try🩷

Usually the only cake my fam has customarily ordered from this bakery is their fresh mango cake.
For my bro and sis-in-law's anniversary dinner we strayed from the norm and opted for the chocolate hazelnut mousse cake.
I still think I prefer a richer, chocolatey sponge (it kinda felt like they had a vanilla sponge layer that was soaked in chocolate flavouring only). The mousse was smooth and delicious though.
The berries on top were sour unfortunately but the presentation was very pretty.
The hazelnuts provided some nice crispy textural bits in every slice.
Overall, a very solid cake that wasn't too sweet!
