I have been going here for a long time but today’s experience was just so rude and unacceptable.

Firstly, The server was not interested in taking my order. She was waving to her colleagues while taking my order which was rude.

Secondly, the same server (without letting us know) added minimum tip to the final bill. This is so inappropriate and unacceptable. Gladly we saw the receipt and questioned her, she said that how they get their salaries!

In a nutshell, she didn’t do anything extraordinary to deserve a good tip! Moreover, she decided how much tip she deserved and added without informing and when we removed the tip, she questioned.

Really disappointed with the service today!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit.

While taking my order, the server was inattentive and continued to speak with other employees. More concerningly, a gratuity was automatically added to my bill ​despite our party consisting of only two people. When I questioned this charge, the server responded loudly and unprofessionally, asking why I did not want to tip and stating that this is how the waitresses are paid.

If a gratuity is mandatory, it should be clearly disclosed through proper signage. Automatically adding these charges without prior notice feels dishonest and unethical . I will not be returning.

Had the chicken pad thai and it was BIG, asked the waiter before hand on size and he nailed it! Came in on a platter and it was perfectly done, hot, and just enough of everything to fill me up.

My friend had the pho rare beef large and it was great too but I was starving and don't get pad thai too often so I had to try and I'm DEFINITELY coming back just for that again. Everything was great (service, seating, etc) and everything was fast and never had to wait for the waiter. Bang up job

nice local restaurant, decent prices, good sizes but meat portion is small for vermicelli, like few pieces of meat only with lots of noodles. taste is decent. no more cash discount, you can get 10% off if you get an annual loyalty card for $10. cc accepted

I'm pretty sure my take out was microwaved in a plastic container as the led was almost at melting point. The pho was probably frozen and microwaved

Have been my favorite place with friends and family for many years. Also my go to for my Saturday lunch. Foods are consistently delicious. Waitresses always make me feel at home.
