Pho Quinn Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine

Had dinner tonight with out of town guests and we all enjoyed the food. The pho, mango salad and fried spring rolls were simply the best. Quinn and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. This is always our Go To Vietnamese restaurant.

Have frequently visited this joint for lunches, the service is very fast! A for efficiency for Pho Quinn. The food is pretty good!

The pho is fine and the portion is big. The spring roll is just so-so. But what’s matter is the Thai milk tea. The tea is so overroasted, it is burnt and tastes like smoke. I appreciate they switch to ice tea for us. But their explanation of the milk tea, saying that it just taste like that, which I hv try different Thai milk tea, shouldn’t taste like that

Food was excellent, service was okay but am always annoyed when I go to a restaurant that doesn't have a change table for baby/toddlers in the washroom... There's ample space in the washroom for one but there isn't one...
Our party had to change our kids diapers outside in the trunk of our SUVs...

I enjoyed dinning here but the next day had a painful diarrhoea, food could be contaminated here.

It's definitely a place to return to. The services from Mark were ah-ma-zing!!!

It was my first time at this location, but it will not be my last. I tried the lemon tea drink and ordered the sampler. It was tasty. I ordered the noodle soup with beef and forgot to take a picture because I dug into it. The broth is flavorful and noodle portion was way better than other locations I have been to. Whatever we asked for the staff immediately made sure we had what we needed. The soup came so quickly. What impressed me more is that the spoons and chopsticks were soaking in a cup of water. Which is refreshing because I am using tea to clean my spoon before using it.

Quinn, the owner introduced herself to us. She is kind and treats her staff like they are family.

The only one thing that could be improved is the washrooms. Ensure that both stalls are functional.

Excellent Vietnamese. Large menu, service once your food is served is hit and miss but they definitely leave you to your privacy. You have to prompt for your bill since they really do leave you alone but I'm fine with that. Pleasant people, very consistent food, very fresh.

The food at this restaurant is quite delicious. I have tried the curry noodle (bún cà ri), seafood yellow noodles (mì hải sản), and special phở (phở đặc biệt) — all were excellent. The chefs clearly put care into their dishes, and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly.

The only downside is the manager. He acts overly authoritative, speaks loudly to employees, and comes across as a bully. In any workplace, everyone deserves equal respect, and coworkers should treat each other kindly. I believe the owner is smart and will eventually see the truth.

If this manager has ever backstabbed an employee, he does not deserve to be there. He contributes little, while the other employees work much harder than he does. It seems he is only there to pick on and bully others, not to support the team.

Hi! Been here several times over the years and here's what I think:
Issues:
- It took a long time to get the server to come to our table. This happened when we wanted the bill and when had an issue at our table because we found a silverfish in our condiments platter (photo attached, and for anybody wondering, there was no compensation).
- More on the silverfish, we asked for another platter and they tossed the silverfish out and handed it back to us (in front of our faces).

Good points:
- I liked the food ! It came out quickly, the broth is very nice. Good for the price. Nice rice noodle!
- The lighting was nice!

Would recommend:
- Pho
- Spring rolls

Would not recommended:
- Rice dishes
- Milkshakes (price point was NOT okay for the quality)
