I bought pizza here for $33.88 but when I went to pay, they charged me $34.69. Not sure why. It doesn’t say anywhere that’s it’s extra when you pay in person with a card.

I get pizza here time to time. So today, I placed a pickup order with pay-in-person. When I arrived, I waited nearly 10 minutes just not be acknowledged. It supposed to be a 5 second interaction and I easily get my pizza and leave as it was ready. I tried to wave at them and they pretended like I didn’t exist or like they heard door bells ringing. Staff were busy, but no one said anything, so I ended up leaving. A simple acknowledgment would’ve gone a long way. Wasted my time

I always order pizza in this place. Until recently, I found that they were charging credit card fees when you pay buy credit card without telling me. It is so disappointed. This cost should be part of the cost of running business. It shouldn't be added to the customers.
