I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding our recent order. On November 9, 2024, we ordered three pizzas from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, upon opening the boxes, we discovered a small insect in the food. This was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, especially as we had gathered with family for a meal.
Due to the contamination, we were unable to eat the pizzas and ultimately had to throw them away. We did not expect such an incident from a reputable brand like Pizza Hut, and it has left us deeply disappointed.
Attached is a picture of the insect for your reference. We hope you take this matter seriously and take steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
We request a prompt response regarding any possible action Pizza we also like to send this to food and safety, take to address this issue and restore our confidence in your brand.
