I had a really disappointing experience with this location. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store and realized it immediately. Within a minute, I called to apologize and let them know so the food wouldn’t go to waste. Instead of handling the situation politely, the girl who answered was extremely rude. She snapped back asking “then why did you place the order?” even though I had already explained it was a mistake, and then she hung up on me. That is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called out of respect for the store, but I was treated in the worst way. Very unprofessional and the rudest interaction I’ve ever had.
