Worst location in Markham! Such poor service and pizza quality. Went to get a quick, simple pepperoni slice. They burnt my slice of pizza to the point it was inedible. Then the person that served me disappeared so I couldn’t complain or get it corrected. Very disappointing.

Ordered two pizzas for a party that I hosted tonight. Not only did they mess up the two pizzas. (Party size pepperoni - didn’t put any sauce on it) and a custom pizza (all toppings were incorrect). After sending photos back to the store and asked for them to deliver the proper order, they refused. They then proceeded to tell me to stop eating the pizzas, and a driver would be there shortly to pick them up. I asked if I could just have them deliver the proper order, since I had a party full of people who were very hungry, and instead of accommodating their mistake, they simply picked up the pizzas and gave us credit which we could not use to reorder pizzas. Horrible customer service. You will be better off with a frozen pizza. Highly recommend ordering from ANYWHERE else.

Ordered ahead, was advised it would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived at the 20 min mark and they had not started making my order. They had me pay when I arrived and didn't start my order for another 15 mins. Others (who appeared to be known to the staff) were being served ahead of me while I still waited. 45 mins after I placed my order and after I had to complained to the staff, I finally received my simple pepperoni pizza - contrary to what they committed to. Poor service, Friends and Family are served first.

My parents ordered two pizzas from here. One of them turned out to be well overdone, even though they didn't order that. The boxes were sealed, and luckily my parents checked them and complained. The worker hesitated to help, insisting that the pizza was supposed to be like that, even though it was clearly burning and overdone. Eventually they replaced the overdone pizza, but it's not the first big issue we have had with this location. Proceed with caution.

*Ask For Your Receipts Every Time You Dine-In Please*I went to Pizza Nova yesterday around 7:52pm, and let me tell you, it was quite an experience. I ordered two slices of pizza, a dip, and a mini Nutella jar. I specifically asked for a receipt because I wanted to leave a review. But when I asked for it, the cashier quickly mentioned that she had charged me for an extra slice. I was okay with it and asked for the receipt again, but things started going downhill from there.She kept giving me excuses for not being able to print the receipt. First, she said she couldn't find it, then she claimed that the receipt printer was broken. I even offered to take a photo of our interaction, but that's when I realized something fishy was going on. The "extra pizza slice" turned out to be added as a $6.50 tip on top of my bill. This is not only fraudulent but also makes me wonder how many others might have been scammed like this.I'm shocked and upset about the whole incident. All I wanted was a receipt for a review, and instead, I ended up with this unpleasant experience. It's really important for businesses to provide accurate receipts and not add unauthorized charges. I think it's worth reaching out to Pizza Nova's customer service to report what happened. They need to be aware of this and take appropriate action. The food is only cooked around the edges, the middle is not cooked at all, and the clerk tells you 15 minutes, but it is not, I have waited 40 minutes, and I have talked to them in the middle, and each time I tell you that it is five minutes. This is a very low level shop, will never go again!
