The garlic dip was creamy and packed with flavor — it paired really well with the crust and added that extra kick that made the slice even better.

I just want to thank the two Pizza Nova gentlemen who looked out for my son last night when our car had issues and would not start. My son had gone in to get a couple of slices as he had just finished his shift nearby, just had the car stall and had to wait for me and CAA. They made sure he was safe, offered help, and later-when I joined my son, allowed us to stay warm while we waited for CAA to tow us, they even charged my phone until they had to close for the night.
Kindness matters and I hope they know how grateful I am for what they did last night.
I wish I had your names. They one gentleman left around 10 or just after I believe and the other gentleman was there until close (Friday, Jan 16th)

Very poor customer service. After asking what I wanted to order, the man just walked away without saying anything. I waited another 5 minutes and eventually just laughed in disbelief and walked out. Don’t waste your time with this location.

I've had Nova pizza at various locations, but the pizza here is honestly the best Nova pizza. A simple pepperoni is better than it has any right to. And the bruschetta pizza is the best I've had anywhere else. Nicely done!

The only concern I see that , they use hands to spread the cheese and all .. which is not hygiene as per standards I feel . Use gloves ..while making cooking at a commercial level . Please !!!

I visited this location today and was disappointed with the service. My order took longer than expected, and the cashier was clearly overwhelmed. When I approached another staff member (I believe he was the Cook) to ask about my order, he was extremely rude and refused to assist. When I politely insisted—given the cashier was busy—he became aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable and even threatened. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. Unfortunately, I have to give this place a one-star rating based on my experience.
