I've had Nova pizza at various locations, but the pizza here is honestly the best Nova pizza. A simple pepperoni is better than it has any right to. And the bruschetta pizza is the best I've had anywhere else. Nicely done!

The only concern I see that , they use hands to spread the cheese and all .. which is not hygiene as per standards I feel . Use gloves ..while making cooking at a commercial level . Please !!!

I visited this location today and was disappointed with the service. My order took longer than expected, and the cashier was clearly overwhelmed. When I approached another staff member (I believe he was the Cook) to ask about my order, he was extremely rude and refused to assist. When I politely insisted—given the cashier was busy—he became aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable and even threatened. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. Unfortunately, I have to give this place a one-star rating based on my experience.
The pizza was great and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Pizza nova is a big name , i order large pizza today , my son have an event in school he started 7:00 am and finished at 9:00 pm , i simply ask for a slice box on side but employee he is little aged person refused me then i asked if i pay you for slice box and told him about my son is in school, it’s handy if i drop him small box , he still not convinced, i like this local business at box grove , 9th line and 14th ave Copper creek plaza , Markham but not anymore , i was not happy at all😞

Order pizza here 3rd time already. Pizza was made fresh and yummy. I ordered half pepperoni and half with ham only.
I was trying to login to the app and earn points. But was not successful until after I paid. Staff said they cannot load back my points to the app after I already paid. Because there are other customer waiting while I was ordering. I made a typo on my password so I was not successfully login before I paid. I was in a good gesture so the other customer behind me can order too.
