Ordered a simple large 1 topping. Was made and given to me in 6 min meaning it was completely undercooked. Guy didn't put though cheese as well. Pathetic, won't be coming back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was taken promptly and prepared just the way I wanted. The pizza itself was fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. The crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, and the cheese was deliciously melted. I also tried their wings, which were well-seasoned and cooked to perfection.
There was only one chef at the time of 10:14 pm with very odd behaviour and using foul language like you are a brand have 2 or 3 employees who should help to make pizza whenever you ask how much time the only person who is making pizza start yelling i don't know if u don't want it just cancel it. So I don’t recommend anyone to go in this location Very unprofessional behaviour

Pizza Pizza - Markham & Highway 7 Location
I decided to give Pizza Pizza another shot today at their Markham and Highway 7 location, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. As someone who owns an Italian restaurant (Vivo, specializing in pizza and pasta), I wasn’t always impressed with their pizza in the past. The dough used to be overly thick, making it hard to eat more than a slice or two.
This time, though, they’ve stepped up their game. The crust is thinner and lighter, striking a great balance—thin enough to enjoy without being too flimsy or heavy. I first tried a medium pepperoni and added a personal touch at home with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of basil, and it was fantastic.
The second pizza, which was all vegetarian, was equally impressive. The plant-based pepperoni was a highlight—it had great flavor and texture. I’m genuinely impressed by how far they’ve come.
What made the experience even better was the service. The owner and employees at this location are amazing, far better than what I’ve experienced in the past. If you’ve written off Pizza Pizza before, it’s definitely worth giving them another try!

My recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same. From the very beginning, the staff, especially the individual at the front counter, displayed incredibly rude behavior. It was evident that they had no interest in their job, which they unfortunately made very clear to customers through their unprofessional attitude.
The quality of the food was far from satisfactory. I had high hopes, but the pizza I received was below standard—hardly meeting even basic expectations. However, the food wasn’t the only issue; the service made the entire experience worse.
When I placed my order, the staff member rudely claimed he couldn’t hear me, instead of politely asking me to repeat myself. His tone and demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as if my presence was a bother. Then, when my pizza was ready, he didn’t even have the courtesy to call my name or inform me. Instead, he simply gestured with his hand, signaling me to come and take it. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.
To make matters worse, he charged me more money than expected, and when I pointed it out, he handed me the change with an incredibly rude attitude.
It felt as though they didn’t care about their customers or the effort it takes to create a positive dining experience. This level of service was shockingly poor, and it is something I have never encountered before in my life.
Overall, my experience at this location was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If the staff cannot maintain a basic level of respect and professionalism, it’s hard to imagine how they expect customers to return. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues to ensure no one else has to endure what I did.
