I’m very disappointed with the garlic cheese finger I received .They were extremely thick and doughy with very little cheese on top. The quality and presentation were not good at all. This is not what I usually expect.

I don't understand, I'm assuming the default is well done. I'm really curious as to what you get when you ask for a well-done Pizza. For sure this place has no such thing as a lightly baked pizza.
You know your pizza is overcooked when your pepperonis are crunchy. I do not like crunchy pepperoni.

I’m a regular customer at this Pizza Pizza location and usually buy a slice when I stop by. On this day, it was snowing and my bus was delayed, so I politely asked if I could wait inside for just 10 minutes. And yes i didn’t want to buy anything today.
The store was empty, yet I was refused and asked to leave. This was disappointing, especially as a paying customer and during winter weather. I have seen customers allowed to sit inside on other days, so this felt inconsistent and unnecessary.
I hope management reminds staff to use better judgment and show basic courtesy, particularly in bad weather.
I will never come to this location.

He appeared irritated and rushed, and his communication was not respectful. It felt as though his attitude may have been influenced by not receiving a tip, but I want to clarify that tipping is optional and should not affect how a customer is treated. Overall, the interaction was uncomfortable and negatively impacted the experience.
