After attempting to order Garlic Bread with cheese was called and then told they were out of that, and would instead give me something something Cheese. I still have no clue what the man on the phone was trying to say, but he only got more and more frustrated with me not being able to understand what he was saying, resulting in him needing to cancel to order. I have a feeling they just didn’t wanna do the order, since I just ordered Garlic bread, dip and some drinks. Pretty lack-lustre situation really.
Edit: After a call finalizing the cancellation, I learned the replacement item would be a “Ham and Cheese”. I asked the voice on the phone if they could specify what exactly a “Ham and Cheese” was, like, if it was a pizza, and they couldn’t give me an answer. A ham and cheese anything also isn’t remotely similar to garlic bread.

Pizza pizza gets a lot of hate. I’m telling you this location has been making amazing pizza for years.
I am a frequent orderer and they just never read the order instructions. I feel the staff is not adequately trained enough to read order notes. What’s the point in have the section in the mobile app when they can’t adhere to it. Very disappointing every time i have to tell the lady at the desk to read the order instructions but she tears the bill and hands it over to me. Request the owner kindly looking into it and work on training staff in front.

Best pizza pizza in Markham, great team, Harshil is super friendly and so is the other female cashier. They also cook the best pizza’s out of any pizza place around, you gotta get the barbecue sauce!
