One of, if not the best, little coffee shop in Markham. Located right at the main entrance as you get into Unionville (coming from Highway 7). Beautiful trees surround the white wood coffee shop, which gives it a nice home away from home, speak easyish vibe. The staff is the best as they clearly enjoy getting to know their customers along with their orders. I've been inside as they see a return customer come in and get straight to making their drink without even asking. They also very much know their coffee and are always willing to take the time to educate customers and give recommendations. We personally come for the flat whites, and we think their matcha lattes may be one of the best in all of Markham. Plus, after getting your drink, you got all of Unionville to explore, which is a treat of its own. Can't say enough... go check them out and we promise you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a sandwich for luncb from another small business just down the street but because I was told the wait for my meal would be about 10 minutes, I took a short walk on over to this local coffee shop!I'm not going to lie - during my walk over, I passed by a Starbucks, and was momentarily tempted by it, but I resisted because Starbucks will always have customers. I believe in supporting local so I continued on my short walk on over to Pod Coffee ✨I perused the menu that they conveniently had posted outside before I entered, but I also noticed once I was inside, that they had seasonal drinks! I ended up ordering from the seasonal side because they're limited time only haha-[ICED STRAWBERRY LATTE] $6.45? I love a good strawberry flavor so since I needed a caffeine boost, I asked the barista if there was coffee in the drink☕ She kindly informed me there are indeed not one, but TWO espresso shots in it, which I liked the sound of, and so, I ordered it? Wasn't too sweet at all aka the ultimate Asian compliment hahaI'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Main Street, Unionville because yum!

Quality of both matcha and coffee are excellent (very strong hahah)!!! Definitely really enjoyed my iced matcha latte, perfect sweetness and not grainy at all (like some matcha can be). The iced latte however could have been sweeter to my liking.

Located in a poetic and cute town in Markham. Their iced matcha tea latte is pretty good, not too sweet or bland (the balance is just right). Would love to have some chairs and tables on the patio so we can enjoy our drinks and have a chat during a sunny day :)

They always manage to craft their drinks to the most optimal drinking temperature which is such a lovely touch. The menu is always rotating to keep things fresh. Love grabbing a coffee from Pod and walking along Unionville.

been wanting to go and finally did, it’s such a cute and aesthetic coffee shop. the staff (and owner? not sure who owns this shop) are so nice! i got a matcha latte with oat milk; it’s so delicious, great quality (look at that vibrant green!), not too sweet, and made very well! one, if not the best matcha lattes i’ve ever tried. i’ll definitely be back!

I’ve heard many positive things about this cute cafe shop, so we decided to come check it out! Located beside The Alley in Main St Unionville, Pod offers a fine selection of drinks from teas, chocolate drinks, sparkling, espresso and more! They also have baked goods if you’re feeling hungry, or want something to pair with your drink. There are no seats inside, however there are a few tables outside which is perfect for warm days, and enjoying your drink ?We ordered the flat white, and I opted for oat milk (at an additional cost). It was very smooth, and enjoyable. The day we went was quite chilly, so ordering a hot flat white really helped warm us up. Will definitely be back again when I’m around the area!IG: Ayenomz

Love the matcha latte and cookies here! The matcha is a nice deep green and pretty concentrated, not too sweet! It's hard to find a good matcha latte that has the right amount of matcha and I'm glad this place does it right! The cookies were great too and had a nice chewy texture!
No place to sit. London fog and Flat white are really good. Don’t order Lavender Latte that tastes like milk + syrup…super sweet…

Pod coffee is located in the centre of main st unionville right beside the alley. It is a dainty coffee place that serves a variety of coffee/tea beverages. The beans they use here are demello beans and the coffee is well done. I would recommend going here and getting a flat white :) .

A great little cafe that opened along Main Street Unionville that puts an intentional focus on great beverages. I've had their Americano as well as an Iced Hojicha latte and appreciate the higher quality ingredients they use to make their drinks. The aromas as well as flavours are nuanced and have a pleasant amount of depth.I also appreciate that they sell coffee beans and teas that aren't as easily found like Happy Goat (a personal favourite) and De Mello. Definitely a nice addition that shakes up the coffee options around Markham!

Ordered the summer special - although the drink itself was very good I was not impressed with how it was filled to the brim with ice, to the point that I could barely put the straw in. When I took this picture it had already melted quite a bit, but there was still a ton of ice. Combined with the fact that the cups are small, it feels like I purchased ice with a bit of drink mixed in. Still giving 2 stars because I actually did enjoy the drink the short while it lasted.Edited with reply to owner:Thanks for your reply. No I was not asked. Although offering me the “less ice” option certainly would have helped, in my opinion the default option really should not be to tightly pack the cup to the brim with ice. We both know that no one intentionally orders their drink like that, so to me it seemed a bit dishonest.
