We never really enjoyed Popeyes until we discovered that pre-ordering for pickup usually meant getting a fresh batch. For a short while, it seemed like they finally turned a corner — our last few orders were hot, fresh, and delicious. We gave them credit for being honest and consistent.
Unfortunately, they just can’t keep it up. This time, we specifically ordered a fresh new batch, made the request clearly, and even gave them enough time. But what did we get? Cold, dry chicken that tasted like it had been sitting for hours.
It’s so disappointing to feel like you can’t trust a brand to simply do what they promise. If Popeyes can’t keep their word and deliver the food we paid for — especially when we go out of our way to request it — then what’s the point?
We gave them multiple chances. We’re done.

Very disappointed. The chicken was cold, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. For the price, I expect fresh, hot food—not something that feels like leftovers. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly and acted like they didn’t care at all. Terrible service and poor quality—definitely not coming back to this location.

I like Popeyes okay - they always give good portions if anything. The sauces are good - are the biscuits dry? Maybe are they still good??? Yes. I like the flavour of the chicken and the seasoning on the fries call me crazy
