They somehow managed to mess up each and every single item I ordered, 2 orders of bone-in wings and instead I got boneless for both . Fries were just dumped in a paper bag, no carton or tray even though they had plenty. Barely any gravy on the poutine, and there were no cheese curds, just a flat slab cheese slapped on top of the fries. Incredible stuff.

RAW BLOODY CHICKEN. I was here with two friends and there was no one else in the store, food took 20+ mins and when I bit into my chicken tender I realized it was bloody and raw. When I asked for a refund the manager said that she can’t and that they can only remake it. After I told her that they literally gave me raw chicken and I did not want more raw chicken. She finally agreed to give me a refund. Would not offer any type of apology and said “I do not believe that we should refund you but I understand your concern and we can do it today.” Absolutely disgusting stay away

Here for the first time. Restaurant not busy but I was being ignored for 5 min before I asked them for help. They did not greet me or tell me to wait and there were two people behind the food shelf having casual chat in their own language. Attitude wasn’t too great when I asked for specific things. Not a great experience at all.
Also, the chicken was way too salty, never had that salty chicken in other Popeyes chain.

Worst worst worst food quality. Worst ever!! Ordered family meal all the chicken was smelly like trash. ?. Paid more than 70$ it was awful ? . Every one ate there felt nauseous after some time. We complained about the food we order they gave it from the old batch. They replaced it but that batch also smelled like trash.. there was smell coming from washroom as well. Over all horrible experience! Food tastes sp bad... Popeyes lowered its quality

Place is super loud with staffs are speaking in their own language, I'm sure we all like to enjoy our work place but this place is absolutely party house for the staffs and they don't even care of their customers from different backgrounds are having dine in. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo definitely chicken party was dipped in oil for the 2nd time to make it hotter what a pathetic place with poor service, if you have an option please avoid this particular location just by mccwan and highway 7 closer to Markville mall ... please don't waste your money on badly prepared food.
