My recent pizza order was a complete disaster. The box arrived in shambles, and the pizza inside was drenched in a weird, gravy-like sauce. The mess was so extreme that I had to resort to using utensils to eat it. The vegetables were a letdown, too - they were clearly not fresh and had been baked improperly. When I contacted the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, they brushed it off, citing the pizza girl's inexperience and promising to improve next time. Unfortunately, they didn't offer any kind of refund or compensation.

The quality is pizza is so bad nowadays, they have been using white boxes not original popular pizza boxes, different dipping sauce and pizza dough is tasteless, does not taste the same as it was. Same size boxes for all sizes of pizza and the large pizzas don’t even fit in these boxes and ruin the sides. Pizza was also not cooked properly. It would be nice if they inform the customers about the changes so people don’t waste their money.

This place is one of those hidden gems you randomly find while searching for something to eat. We’ve been to this place twice in a week after discovering it on a whim and honestly it is some of the best pizza I’ve had in Toronto and I was raised in this country! It’s cheesy but not greasy, you never feel heavy or stuffed after eating it and the taste and ingredients are fresh and amazing!! Special kudos to the chefs, Isha and Sukhpreet, who did a fantastic job each time! Too bad there isn’t a place to sit and eat while you wait.

I hate this! The pizza tastes like trash and cardboard! I got so sick! This is the the worst stomachache I have ever had. I was in the bathroom majority of the time. The worst part is that it was my sisters wedding the same day. Never order here! I hate this trashy restaurant.
