Good is great. My favorite is the jerk chicken. So tender and flavourful. This said, everything else is great, too.

This is the shop to go to if you want healthy, and tasty meals. Their food is nicely packed and you just pop it in the microwave and you get a wonderful healthy meal! My favourite is the Korean BBQ beef pack, the meat is just nicely marinated and charred. It is my go to lunch meal to bring to work.

I love prep shop. They are so amazing, and will help you customize your meals to fit your macros. I appreciate that they have wild caught fish options as well as grass fed/grass finished steak. They will also freeze meals for you if you are flying and help you package everything so it’s easy to go through customs. I just flew on Friday, and had no issues bringing my meals through security. Their protein balls are also very tasty. 1000% recommend.
