👎😠SAME mid age woman with a ponny tail made my tea 3x messed up my order. I said less bubble reg ice less sugar it made opposite! stay away from her preparing your order! Tapioca is mushy like overnight soaked 3 days in sugar. This business made nothing out of big money for $9 a drink Rip off! Tea no flavor no sugar water. Drinks were expensive and poorly made. I think either they left the milk out or it was expired, but I got very nauseous soon after drinking and had to throw it away.

The best bubble tea hands down. The tea, fruit juice, and tapioca here are the best quality of any other chain in my opinion. I'm usually a Rens Ten tea or Chatime tea girl as of late, but I've just found my new favorite.

Dont bother getting the thai milk tea. First time trying it and it lacked flavour and was very watered down. They do have other great drinks like the mango series but this one disappointed me.

Fast and friendly, it's on the first floor. The place looks new and very clean. We're glad you're here. That way, we don't need to go up and back down to walk around with our bubble tea🤣 and when we go up to food court we'll go have another one up there 👍🏼

Unbelievable disrespectful tonight I askd them to put the topppngs on the side coz my son is allregy but they ask me to py for extra .Last time they did it to me but today jan2 the lady who is working tonight is rude and instead of making customers happy she told me that I dont forced you to buy.Bad customers service. The specials (Thai Tea and Coffee Bruler milk tea) sucked.
Thai Tea tasted like watered down Thai milk tea (imagine if someone washed a cup that previously held Thai milk tea. That's what you're getting). Toffee brule milk tea tasted like regular milk tea. No Toffee or brule taste at all.
