Took the family for dinner to celebrate Father’s Day. Food tasted good in general, right about of flavour but quite oily which is pretty common in Chinese restaurants. However, customer service was not the best as we did not order the more expensive set dinner. The worst was that they forced a mandatory 15% service charge onto the bill, which was totally unacceptable and not legal in Ontario. Tips amount should be at the discretion of the customers based on the food quality & customer service etc.
Strongly against dining here. Ride service, poor quality food, and overpriced!
The milk tart was prepared beforehand clearly, as the crust was stale and the filling was cold. It's overpriced. The rice noodle roll had very little filling and an extremely thick wrapper. They even charged for hot water.
The food is generally excellent. Amazing: mango mochi (seriously this is the best thing ever), har gow.. Good: shu mai, sesame balls, baked BBQ pork bun.. Okay: congee with preserved egg and fish. The service is kind of abrupt and rude but that's kind of expected. Wait time is super long so make reservations or use the Snappy app to check in at least 40 minutes early on weekends. Kind of pricey but the quality is there.
Edit: came here again and while I still like the food I was disappointed they are now refusing credit cards even though the sign near the front just mentions a fee. Also, the milk tart was $13 and I question if the bird's nest that they use as a garnish was artificial. The bird's nest adds nothing to the dish sort of like adding gold flakes to dishes these days. Had to remove a star for these two reasons.

12% mandatory service fee. However, the dim sum that I ordered were served cold.
Unhappy dining experience.

While shopping, I suddenly went to the restaurant where I had my first meal at a party~
The restaurant's facade is not very obvious, and I once suspected that I was in the wrong place!
But after entering, you will feel like you are in Guangzhou~
I ordered some dim sum and thought it was delicious~
The service staff was also very kind in recommending snacks, and it was a very enjoyable brunch~

I like this place, because the atmosphere make you feel back to Guangzhou China. And the taste is very close to what I had in China. Not too salty.

I had a dinner here as part of an event. It's a typical typical Cantonese restaurant. The food taste very good. We had lobster, crab, shrimp, chicken and some other dishes. All of them were cooked presented very well. The deserts are very good too. The waitress also provide very good service. It looks like the restaurant is renovated recently. The environment looks pretty good. As it's part of an event, I don't know the price range. However, I'll definitely come back again. And maybe I'll also try their dim sum sometime.

If you want great Chinese food and service, I recommend that you try Providential 9! The food experience was declicious, and we all left with our bellies super full and happy!
We were there for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The servers were attentive and provided recommendations on their most popular dishes to try.
We ordered a variety of dishes to satisfy our cravings and appetite, which included Peking duck, lobster, braised vegetables, beef and potatoes, and the classic sweet and sour pork ~ one of my favourites! 😋

The food is great but for somebody who had just gotten braces, I find the food a little more challenging to eat. The food tastes absolutely delicious though and the interior design is very appealing and satisfactory, though it could use some wall decorations. Toilets are clean and easy access. Overall really good but I recommend they add a bit more soft foods.
Vegetarian options: There isn’t much vegetarian options available.
Dietary restrictions: Carbohydrates are plentiful.
Parking: There is a big parking lot in front of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Doesn’t really matter about age and I think they do have high chairs.
