The Meat Sauce Noodles are a favorite, bouncy with a mochi-like texture, topped with a creamy peanut sauce. The challenge lies in finding a table during busy times, but the excellent food makes it worth the wait. Customers praise the outstanding and excellent service, with the owner knowing their preferences and sometimes even bringing the food to their table. The pan-fried soup dumplings and hot and sour noodles are also delicious. The fish noodle soup is very tasty! Fresh-tender fish and pickle mustard added to it made the dish so flavorful. The dry stir fry noodles with beef and it was delicious!! The noodles were perfectly chewy, the beef was so tender and the flavor of the sauce was spicy and peanuty. The cashier lady was very nice. The noodles were delicious and had a nice chew. The broth of the soup was not too salty or overpowering and had the perfect amount of spice. This place may look like a hole-in-the-wall, but it offers fantastic Chinese-style noodles at a great value.
