It’s listed as a dessert cafe but it gave off more of a bar vibe. I think they do both but was hoping for a more bright/ livelier atmosphere shown in some of the other reviews. Since we went at night it was dark and had loud music playing. I tried the ice cream with the bubble waffle and it was super disappointing. My ice cream had freezer burns. Each bite I had I could taste the small chunks of ice, which really ruined the whole thing. The waffle was fine but nothing special, for that price I would have expected something good. I would say the staff was really nice but can’t justify coming back for the price of the item and the food quality. Sadly won’t be recommending.

This is the best bubble waffles I’ve ever had! And I’ve been eating bubble waffles ever since the Pmall days. So yes the waffles themselves are soft, fluffy and not too eggy tasting. The flavours are amazing with sooo many options for every person’s unique taste! I think the coolest thing was they had a unicorn icecream and let me tell you this icecream was simply addictive please go and try this place! It is amazing! You won’t be disappointed

Although the place was very aesthetically pleasing, the alcoholic ice cream wasn’t nearly as tasted as I thought it would be. And the service time was a bit longer than you’d expect from an ice cream place, but that’s what you get when you’re popular.

the identical twins that work are such welcoming and hospitable employees. They were so kind and gave me several recommendations as it was my first time coming here. They went as far as serving my order to my table. Definitely coming here again! Such great desserts and drinks!

Came here after seeing hyped reviews on social media. The ice cream quality was one of the WORST I've ever had!!! It looked like scrappy bits from the bottom of the tub. We came for the boozy flavours and they only had two flavours on hand. We wanted to get double scoops, but they told us we weren't allowed to mix and match flavours. This is the first time I've heard this at an ice cream shop. The flavours were very weak. McDonald's ice cream is way better quality and more fulfilling. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER.

I normally don’t rate places one star but this place just had bad service and the quality of the food was below expectations.The two girls that were making our orders were so distracted and it took them 30 minutes to make our order. There was only a few people in the store so I don’t think it should take 30 minutes for waffles and ice cream. Then they forgot our drink and I had to remind the girl. They had friends coming in and was chatting throughout the night as they were serving customers.The food and drink was so mediocre. The ube waffles didn’t taste like ube and the mango ice cream didn’t taste like mango. The drink tasted like powder.I would caution anyone who is thinking of going here.
