Germain bun A simple yet delicious sweet bun filled with rich buttery aroma. The top is coated with sugar, and the bun itself is thick, bouncy, and pleasantly chewy. Inside, you’ll find pockets of buttery crumble scattered throughout, so every bite alternates between soft bread and rich butter. The bun is quite large, and since the flavor profile stays consistent, it can feel a bit heavy toward the end — but overall it’s very satisfying.
Matcha Bun The bun itself is much lighter and springier, with a very fine and soft texture. It has a deep matcha flavor that isn’t too sweet, making it really enjoyable. Paired with the mildly sweet red bean filling and the chewy mochi, the combination is perfect. Highly recommended!

I buy 6 buns and they would squeeze 4 buns into 1 paper bag and the hand the rest to me. Is it too much to give one extra small paper bag? I shake my head

Got some buns, and a 6in chestnut cake. The food were all tasty, service was ok.
They call wife cake marriage cake, its quite tasty. The triple cheese toast was really good, slightly sweet, good balanced flavour.
Chestnut cake was delicious, perfect sweetness, not bitter as I've had elsewhere.
I actually ordered some tarts as well but they didnt remember after packing the cake. That was ok since the cake, buns, and an ice tea was already quite expensive. Save some money lol.
The unfortunate thing is the clientele. The parents don't control their kids, they were kneeling on the display edge in front of the cakes - just to look at, not buy. They were blocking me from checking the display. I ended up just verbally asking if they had the chestnut cake available, as I couldn't see around the kids. This is coming from a parent who let's my kid go around to choose their own buns, but keeps them within arms reach and not blocking other people.

While shopping for bread today, I saw a parent and child speaking Punjabi. The child opened and ate bread before paying, and after deciding they didn’t like it, the parent put the partially eaten bread back on the display shelf. They also put their hands directly inside the packaging to touch other bread.
A customer reported this to the staff, but the staff did not respond or address the situation in any way.
Food hygiene is the most basic expectation. This was very unsettling. I hope the store will improve management and staff training to prevent this from happening again.

All the buns look really good! I love the toast, and the German bun is my favorite. I also tried the lobster bun with lobster soup. It’s okay, but not as good as the German bun. The egg tart is a must try, highly recommended!
Burnt Mini Palmiers - an entire box of Palmiers were burnt on one side. They took the time to stack them in a way that the burnt side was facing down, to hide it from the customer!!! Seriously low.... Never again will I step foot in that store
