Ordered a 10inch mango cake here. They used raw, sour mangoes.
Their cake boxes are also horrendous. The smaller cake boxes are alright but the larger ones are ugly. A plain white box would be more appealing.
Horrible product and horrible presentation.
Rude Cashier
After all the hype and promotion for this new lobster bun, I finally tried it. It was quite disappointing… I opened the package and was greeted by a fishy smell. The bun and lobster meat were cold and smelly, and while the lobster bisque (which came free with the bun) was warm but way too salty. Overall, this bun was not worth trying.
Very rude cashier. I ordered a birthday cake from them in mid May. After eating the cake my whole family had two days diarrhea, That's including my 7 years old birthday kid. I know this type of unfortunate incident does not happen very often but be aware of this bakery if you are getting a cake from them
Horrible service. The old lady who works there has an incredible nasty attitude, I went there to pick up my order and she acting like I need to begging her for the food which I paid money for it! As for the cake? Totally average. Not worth the money or the bad energy. Avoid this place.
Greatest bread store in history
Cashier's attitude is bad.
The customer service at this store is really bad, on dec 6 I lost a mug and I went back on the same day to ask if they have seen it, the worker told me they have seen it and put it behind the counter but then it disappeared, and they were 100% sure they did not throw it into garbage. so I asked if they could check the cctv and see where did it go. And the general manager told the worker saying they could not check the cctv because they don’t have access and they need a 3rd party to open it and it will cost me $250. If they could have just tell me in the beginning they threw away the mug then I won’t even ask for the cctv, at this point they are just making excuses.

The buns are average but pricy for what you get. What I didn’t appreciate about this place is that they mislabel their ingredients. I got really excited when I read that they make their own mooncakes without peanut or peanut oil. When I went to buy it, the lady at the counter says they 100 percent use peanuts and peanut oil. What you get in the box isn’t what is labeled. They re-use the boxes and place it in the display table. What was really inside was a normal lotus seed moon cake. When I asked them about misleading ingredients, they shrugged it off and said it was common practice. Be careful about this place because they have no idea what they use to make their food. Nor are they aware of why ingredients have to be labelled properly.

A beautiful bakery. Lovely atmosphere with high ceilings, clear enter and exit line, and beautiful displays. Service was mediocre and food was decent but not the best. There are plenty of other Asian bakeries that have better buns and cakes. Prices were on par or higher than other bakeries too. I would come back but I wouldn't say I recommend it on a regular basis.

Very disappointed at their cake. Ordered chestnut birthday cake for my family to celebrate. The cake was not fresh at all, chestnut was too sweet and the cake is very moist not fluffy at all. Overall I do not suggest this location for birthday cake.
Additionally the service was not good, the server makes me feel I am not welcomed.

If you want to be disappointed, this is the place to go. Ordered a cake online the day before pickup and got slightly worried about the unfresh cake others mentioned in the comments. Well, the cake I picked up was indeed problematic. It was soggy and the cream tasted stale.
On top of it all, their service is disgraceful. Makes the customers feel like they have to beg for service.
I've been to a different location at the Fairview Mall and they were 200% better.
