No idea what is the ingredients and website shows “mochi”, “cheesecake” as their descriptions. For a CA$14.89/2mochi, I think you would want to provide more information?

So underwhelming! The portion size for the mochi gelato was extremely small for the price range. Not worth!!!

What happened to this place?? I went there 2 times and the cake and mochi were not bad. However today I went back and got a Taro Mochi Cake box, just had one bite and I just had to throw the whole thing to the garbage. It tastes so bad. The cream tastes like it's been out for long time, that vomit-like and off taste. The mochi texture still a bit sandy, not fully cooked. Thick layer of taro + cream without taro taste, but that bad cream taste. I feel bad for this place, but I would never go back anymore.

This spot is a true gem if you're looking to explore a wide variety of Japanese mochi, Japanese cakes, and gelato. You'll be really impressed by the presentation of their mochi; it's absolutely amazing and incredibly creative. Plus, finding a parking spot is a breeze since there's plenty of outdoor parking right in the shopping complex.

The ice cream itself was okay, but the service really needs improvement. Staff seemed disengaged, and no one helped the next customer in line for quite a while. On top of that, the attitude was a bit rude, which made the experience disappointing. It felt disorganized and inattentive.
To be fair, food was good. If you wanna give it a try, just order on Uber Eat to avoid poor customer service.

Decided to check out this place saturday, not difficult to get too but parking was hard as there were lots of spaces filled already but 1230pm. I was super excited to try these after seeing them on Tiktok but was alittle disappointed. They are pretty expensive $30 a piece. (Jellycakes) But the flavor payoff isn't there. We got the Jelly Boba and Jelly Snow. The mochi outside was sweetened nicely, chewy texture but the cake inside was flavorless and the mascarpone cheese cream wasn't sweetened at all. I don't like anything too sweet but alittle sweet would be nice. Or even a vanilla flavor, like it if I didn't eat a piece with the strawberry it is very bland. It is super cute.
The lady that service seemed to huff when we asked for them, I dunno if people ask for them alot and she wanted people to try their other options but she didn't seem pleased thats all we asked for.

Food was ok, but absolutely terrible customer service experience. The staffs seemed completely confused and disorganized. It seemed they didn’t really understand English. They messed up my order, and I wasn’t the only one — several other customers were dealing with the same issue. Instead of trying to talk to customers, they argued with customers, trying to prove they were right instead of listening. The customer service was unbelievably poor. I left frustrated and disappointed.
