The service is so slow only one worker is working at this garbage and shop smellsblike rotten rats never go to this place its a waste of money

new management needs to do better. The debit machines are hardly ever working, and I waste another five minutes tapping the machine again and again, as they always have issues. Secondly, there are usually 1-2 workers during rush hours, so you have to wait even longer. Not sure why they dont care about improving their service.

This place is no more living up to the experiences that it used to provide in past. Fresh cappuccino was so bad in taste that even any lower tier coffee shop would taste better. Ironically the fresh matcha drink had a hair as well which is the biggest turn off. The chocolate fudge brownie was stale even though it was asked if it is fresh or not. All in all 2 other coffee shops right across the street are any day better than this shop.

Will not be coming back unless they put more care and effort into their service! Service was slow and unfriendly. Bad vibes. Ordered a cappuccino; milk was too hot and too much for the espresso ratio. Inconsistent. This place used to be good, but no longer. Deeply disappointed.

As a long time fan of Second Cup Coffee Co. I can not even begin to explain my level of disappoint as to how this establishment has gone under. Firstly I would like to bring notice to the washroom situation, COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING, AS ADMITTED BY THE EMPLOYEE RAYA THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE WASHROOMS. Secondly I must bring to attention the new staff, how unlikeable and unwelcoming they are, the employees have a terrible attitude towards customer's, all staff need an attitude adjustment and proper training, it is as though they were never trained to begin with. Lastly to the new owner AVI VOHRA if you would spend less time GIVING YOUR OWN BUSINESS FAKE FIVE STAR REVIEWS UNDER YOUR OWN NAME and away from your phone during business hours and more time on training your staff this location may not be such a disappointment.

I really enjoy second cup but there’s not a lot around! Lucky for me this one is close by where I work. I understand there’s new management so I’m hoping they will take this as a learning opportunity. I was there two week ago and I asked for a London fog with oat milk. I watch the lady make the London fog and she made it with regular milk. I asked her if it was oat milk and she acknowledged that it wasn’t. She did make me a new one which I appreciated. Today I was there again I asked for a London fog with oat milk. This time I have to use the washroom so I walked away and wasn’t able to watch (which I shouldn’t have to when I made it clear what I wanted) . I picked up my drink I left and drank it all. Well I can tell you now it wasn’t oak milk and now I’m very sick. I don’t ask for oat milk for fun I have an allergy. Many people have a milk allergy so this should not be taken lightly. Please pay attention and ensure what the customer has asked for is correct.

Hello to the new owner. Big favour, please endeavour to bring the service back to where it was before you. Came in Sunday around 10 am. One (1) server and line up started forming to the door. Really?

The drinks and food are overpriced but they have good variety and the atmosphere is nice. The service could be better, it took ages for the barista to acknowledge us. We got her attention for a moment before we knew what to order, and then afterward, when we were ready to order, it was like she was ignoring us so that was unfortunate. Otherwise it was fine, wouldn't go out of my way for it, especially when there's better for the price point.

Terrible Matcha latte! I asked for unsweetened latte, they didn't bother to explain they already have suger mixed with the matcha powder, and when I complained didn't bother to change my drink. Terrible service.

Best Second Cup around! It’s clean, lots of seating, and their pastry selection is well stocked! To top it off, the owner is great. Super friendly, great customer service and gave us great suggestions. I’m not close by but I will going out of my way to make sure I can visit again!
