Worst service and small portion. They told me it would take 10 minutes but turned out to be 25 minutes because they gave my order to someone else. They wouldn't refund my order because I had to leave and ended up missing my uber.

Shark's Fin City in Canada is located in the food court of Pacific Shopping Center. When it first opened, it used barbecued pork as its main selling point. Later, other snacks took their place. Therefore, the food is diversified and is very suitable for those who try new things and those who like Chinese food. Its popularity remains as strong as ever!Taikoo Shark's Fin City in Canada is located in the food court of Pacific Shopping Center. I wont come back to buy from this store. I bought 3 different menu item and was very disappointed. Not one of 3 orders come close to the pictures posted nor compared to the same items i would normally order from other places. The food was bland and tasted a little weird. It wasn’t even busy the time we ordered which was around 6 pm and we still had to wait more than 20 mins to get our food. The only saving grace is the price. So you really get what you pay for. So take your money elsewhere and save the grief. You’re welcome.

This place has been around since I was a child and I'm now trying it 20 years. I arrived at 6:30 pm to most of the meat sold out. Needless to say, this iconic establishment has no issues selling it's daily inventory.Roasted pork and duck with extra Rice ($10.50+tax) is my go to. Rice was perfectly cooked and side soup was ginseng bone soup.Unfortunately, end of day meant the meat was dry. Roasted pork had no crisp to the skin and was chewy. Duck was under seasoned and lacked any deep BBQ flavors. I'm looking for charring with a juicy interior but what I got was a pale golden color. Small portion of meat.Overall, the meal was palatable. I'll revisit but only to try it fresh. Very friendly customer service.

My favourite place for BBQ meats. I only purchase the char siu and siu yuk for take out. Occasionally I get a meal and I love the soup that comes with it. Been going here for years. It's a staple to the Pacific Mall food court.
