Ordered the Raw Coconut Mulberry drink. The ingredients were well balanced, flavour was full bodied and bold. ? A bit pricey to be fair but the drink was pretty good. It hit the spot.

I agree with the two most recent reviews below - we likely experienced the same lady at the counter, because I don't believe you can find another person nearly as rude as her in Toronto. I used to love the place, went in last night looking to order the same drink I had always ordered - which is called the Royal No.1. They apparently changed the menu, although the drink's picture is still showing on the screen at the cashier. The staff lady threw an attitude at me as soon as I start ordering. Instead of explaining the change in menu, she repeatedly cut me off and said "I don't know what you are talking about" and "I am not the owner so I don't know". She did not try to help, or even understand what I tried to order, despite the fact that I was pointing to the picture of the drink being displayed in store. It's outrages, and I will tell all my friends never visit this store again.

I'm really speechless. I've been drinking Shuyishao grass jelly and oatmeal for several years. I went to buy it today and wanted to add oats, but the store clerk said that their store didn't have oats, and impatiently asked me if it was the same store. They never had oats. What a hell. Out of courtesy I bought two glasses. I won't go there again due to this attitude.

Poor service and extremely bad attitude. In addition, I ordered two cups of cheap milk tea. I wanted one cold and one warm, but it was not available. Tell me they must be the same. I'm really too lazy to mess with you, otherwise I'll order one cup at a time. The environment is also bad. The smell of kitchen garbage hits your face as soon as you enter the door.

Got scammed on an Uber group order. We got 3 Taro Balls Meets Brown Sugar. When the order came, the receipt just said "Ran out of taro balls sorry" so the taro balls were replaced with tapioca. However, there was also no Brown Sugar Jelly inside. Now we've paid $10+ for tapioca milk tea.

The employees there has no quality on customer service. On the door it shows open at 11am, but they work inside at 11:15 keeping the door closed and ignoring the customer waiting outside.

I ordered the coconut raspberry drink and it taste like water…. The berries inside taste like it’s rotten and I had stomachaches after I drink it… this drink cost me 11.24 and it’s not worth it. Over priced and taste bad?

Shuyi is usually my favourite bubble tea spot to hit. However, the service at this location was tremendously disrespectful and the cashier gave so much attitude. I usually don’t take time out of my day to do petty things like write a review but she was that disrespectful.
