Spectrum absolutely blew us away. The food was beyond delicious—people are still raving about it—and the presentation was stunning from start to finish. From the appetizers to the mains to the desserts, everything was perfection.
Nicole and Taya were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. They helped us navigate rentals and logistics with our venue, were so responsive, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They made everything feel seamless and stress-free, which was such a gift during the planning process.
What impressed us most was how Spectrum managed to serve 220 people and still make every single plate feel like it was crafted with care. You’d never know it was for such a large group because everything tasted so fresh, flavorful, and made with love.
We’re so grateful to Nicole, Taya, and the whole Spectrum team for making our wedding meal such a highlight of the day. Truly unforgettable!

We had them for lunch at work. We had the chicken parm sandwich, potato salad, tortellini side, cookies, and pop/water. It was delicious and the perfect portion size. The people working there were amazing also. Very warm and friendly. We hope to do another lunch with them in the near future.

Crew leader and chef extraordinaire Laila delighted our guests and us with an outstanding selection of yummy and delectable foods. From the understandably, super famous mac’n cheese to the “yes, more please” coconut shrimp, to the super popular sliders and so so much more. Thank you Laila, you rock.
Taya & Alyssa, with their personality plus, made the never ending platters of food magically appear just when a guest would be thinking “hmm, another of those delicious sliders or smoked salmon canapes sure would be nice right about now. Thank you Alyssa & Taya, you are the best.
Tina, the bartender provided drinks and witty conversation with our guests throughout the day. Upbeat, fun and welcoming. Thank you Tina, you rocked it.
