Wow, I just got the BBQ jerk chicken on rice and peas with oxtail gravy and it was amazing, so delicious. Server was super nice too. I did take out but I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Love the food and portion sizes are amazing. I ordered curry chicken and jerk chicken meals which came with coleslaw and rice and beans. The prices are great for the portions that you get. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice as well as patient.

Highly underrated spot in Markham. One of the few Caribbean/West Indian inspired spots in Markham. Legit their student size special is hands down the best value meal in Markham coming in at just $6.50+tax for rice, coleslaw and 2-3 chicken pieces with hot sauce. It' not even close. They provide solid portions on all their options. I come here all the time and it's consistently good every time. The food tastes freshly home made from scratch that day.

Quick service in the afternoon. Great coleslaw, curry actually has flavour not no water based mix like others. Regular size was a great portion for the price nowadays

I came here and ordered the large jerk pork for take out. Came out to be around $19 in total. The jerk pork tasted pretty good. Good mix of fatty and lean meat and good seasoning. I was expecting the gravy poured over the rice to have some flavor but it had no flavor at all. I actually liked the coleslaw that was served here. Good crunch and flavor. There are better and cheaper options for jerk pork in markham.

not sure these raving reviews.....food was average, compared to Alwynns. Hygienically the server had a dirty shirt on that was just used to wipe his hands all day. The food was prepared in the back and not in view of me. ran out of jerk chicken so got the Jerk Pork on rice. Found a hair in my food. (lack of hair net, or gloves to serve) $16.50 for a medium sized take out with a pop.....the serving size was good. coleslaw was also good.
If I had night out and wanted some soul food at midnight, this would have done it, but they close so early I cannot recommend.
