I visited this Starbucks location recently. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, and the service was quick. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the cleanliness was acceptable overall. I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the good customer service.
However, I’m not a fan of being prompted for a tip before the service is provided. I believe tips should be based on the quality of service after the experience, not before.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks again after a couple of years, and I have to say, it remains one of my favorite spots! I used to go there every day around two summers ago while working nearby, and the service has always been exceptional. The employees are incredibly sweet and friendly; they remembered my drink order every time, which made each visit feel special.
On April 1, 2025, I found myself in the area and decided to stop by to redeem my points. I opted to try the Dubai Chocolate Drink, which is a delightful combination of a venti iced matcha latte, three pumps of pistachio sauce, and chocolate cream cold foam. The best part? I got it for free with my points! The drink was really good regardless, and you could really taste the pistachio, adding a unique twist to the matcha.
Overall, my experience was fantastic! The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the delicious drinks and attentive staff, made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. Five stars all the way!

Why does the manager for the Starbucks on Main Street Markham and Unionville turn the heat off after 1030AM ? It's winter and freezing outside and now also inside the Starbucks. Surely the manager is not trying to be cheap ? Or is he wanting to not encourage people to sit and enjoy the cafe. I think Starbucks has lost their way (vision) with the calibre of managers that are running the local stores.

the cashier took my order and wished me well whilst looking at her phone the entire time. and when i asked the barista for cinnamon on my chai latte i got attitude.
