I placed an order on doordash I got a iced coffee and paid extra for sweet vanilla cream and cold foam no ice, also ordered an iced matcha with no cold foam and a cookie. I received my first order and the coffee had no cream in it at all, the matcha was open, not sealed and spilled all over everything in its transport the cookie got wet. I called the store and they answered and hung up in my ear when i started to explain there was an issue, TWO times and stopped answering after that, they did not say more then hello. I was trying to call amd tell them it was made incorrectly and that I would be reordering and to please make sure it was made correctly this time but they would not answer after they hung up those two times. I then spoke to a doordash representative and they contacted the store successfully and they would make it correctly this time. I ordered the exact same thing and everything came INCORRECTLY AGAIN for the SECOND TIME. The coffee arrived with no cream again and this time it had ice when it specifically says no ice and I pay extra for the specific coffee tk get vanilla sweet cream extra and it came with NONE it also had ice in it it this time, the second matcha arrived pretty much white because it had so much cream and cold foam in it when I did not ask for cold foam. I ordered 4 drinks in total and NOT ONE DRINK WAS MADE CORRECTLY and I do not have cream at home to fix them, I spent a total of $58 and DID NOT get ANYTHING CORRECTLY and DID NOT get my money back and when calling the store did not get any type of care or customer service they just hung up in my ear and stopped answering, this was 30 minutes before they closed today that I called and placed the second order so they obviously did not care at all about their customer or what was happening but just getting the order completed and finishing their shift. Out of the 6 items I ordered in total I got 1 item. A dry cookie that was $5 out of the $58 I spent. I really just wanted my drinks correctly most importantly. I know mistakes happen so after placing my second order and doordash informing them of the situation I was hopeful it would come correctly and with an apology and I RECEIVED EVERYTHING WRONG AGAIN except the cookie, they even put ice in the drink when it says no ice they didnt even try getting the order right, no care what so ever. This is the WORST experience I have EVER HAD at ANY Starbucks or store in my life. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS RIGHT NOW AND I AM SO UPSET, I LOST ALL THAT MONEY. DIDNT GET ANY OF THE 4 DRINKS CORRECT THEY ALL WENT DOWN THE DRAIN, GOT 1 WET COOKIE 1 DRY COOKIE, DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND, DID NOT RECEIVE AN APOLOGY FROM THE STORE OR THE EMPLOYEES. DO NOT COME HERE! I am going to look deeper into reporting this.
The pictures of the individual drinks are the first ones thag arrived and the drink with all 4 dri ks shows the first ones and then the second ones with the ice and the matcha with heavy cream and cold foam its almost white.

always love coming to this area. such nice workers always being so kind and helpful. they always have a smile on their face even during the busiest times and as someone who works in the food industry it's truly amazing to see how trained and amazing people they have.

God Syrup

On Tuesday, November 4th, at around 3:11 pm, I ordered coffee at this Starbucks. The shorter, older woman who served me was once again noticeably rude. Whether I am picking up as a driver or ordering as a regular customer, she always seems detached and uninterested in any interaction. It genuinely feels like I am a burden every time I come in.

I always tip, and I try to be understanding, but her attitude has been consistently dismissive for quite some time — nearly a year now. At this point, I believe some coaching or retraining should be done, or perhaps she should not be assigned to customer-facing roles.

After giving her the benefit of the doubt for a long time, I have decided to stop purchasing from this location. Consistent negative experiences with the same server have made it difficult to justify returning.

Also, there were flies crawling all over the food in the display case. This may be something to take a closer look at. Maybe enclose it completely, or dont leave perishable items exposed as such.

Thank you, and I hope these comments manifest some much needed change in your establishment.

There's a worker named Jen she is soo sweet omg Im coming back just to see her but there is another lady who is a manager I think and shes very rude but I love Jen!!!!🥰🥰🥰

I ordered a Strawberry Oat Matcha at your store. I mentioned that if it wasn’t available, that was fine. However, the barista, Rubbal, was rude while taking my order, saying it’s a spring drink, and the drink I received was overly sweet.

I usually enjoy visiting this store, but this experience was disappointing.

Worst Starbucks i have ever had. I asked for coffee with less ice they gave me with half cup of coffee they didn’t even fill the cup till the line it supposed to be. I don’t know why they did it where they gonna take that milk by not putting it in coffee.
