It's been a while since I've gone to a Starbucks. It was my first time coming to this location and I had a pleasant experience. The staff were attentive, hard working and friendly. I ordered my Venti iced green tea through the app and my drink was ready when I arrived. I love how it's so convenient to order through the app at almost all Starbucks locations. It's so inconvenient that Starbucks located inside Longo's supermarkets don't have the order...

I visited this Starbucks location recently. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, and the service was quick. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the cleanliness was acceptable overall. I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the good customer service.

However, I’m not a fan of being prompted for a tip before the service is provided. I believe tips should be based on the quality of service after the experience, not before.
